I had this dish called pollo Mango at a restaurant called mambos cuban café in Jacksonville fl. Was so onolicious i can't stop thinking about it. Do you know how to cook it or have a recipe for it? I would love to learn how to make that dish

I tried to make this and some of the crust was coming off while frying. What could I be doing wrong ?

Hmm, I didn't cut mine in half, so now after frying putting them in the oven for 20 minutes, wish me luck!

What do you do with the remaining panko crust mix ? The buttermilk marinade? Can you reutilize it anywhere? I just find it so wasteful to just dump the remaining stuff.
