Today is the first time I use the menstrual cup I purchased. Pinanood ko to para di ako matakot at mas maglakas loob ako gamitin toh. I'm glad I watched part 1 and 2 of your videos. Super informative and na encourage nyo ako not to be afraid to insert it. Totoo na wala kang na fe feel. Nung first insert ko medyo natakot ako hahaha but tinanggal ko siya to test if marunong akong magtanggal nang di napapanic lol. Naka tatlong pasok and tanggal ako to be confident sa pagtanggal. Hahahaha and YES comfortable2x talaga siya. I am using cannack cup now.
ilang days ako nanunuod ng mga ganito bago ako nag decide na itry kc medyo takot ako sa tampons dhl pinapasok sya so naisip ko nakakatakot din 2 pero why not dba and so far pang 3 days ko na sya ginagamit ngayon medyo hirap pa lng ako pano ayusin yung tupi kc nakatupi pa din sya kht asa loob na so talaga patience umaabot ako ng 15 mns pag aayos lng pero worth it sya for me kc hnd na malagkit kht anong posisyon ko sa pagtulog keri na hnd ako tatagusan kht mag white ako hnd na magtatanung ui tingnan mo nga baka may tagos ako😂 very helpful talaga sya pero hnd mo din pwd pilitin dhl sa una nakakatakot tlaga kc ang laki nya mga beshy😂 pero malambot nman nilalagyan ko din ng oil para tuloy2x yung pasok nya so baka hnd na din ako babalik sa pads na sticky sa pakiramdam at may smell pa🥰💙

Firat day of period and my first time to use..im a mom of 2 kaya pref q large size.. Ok naman ipasok.. Kaso normal lang ba na pag umupo ka ng naka insert na sya parang may ball sa loob ng pempem??😂😂 and yung stem ba lahat dapat nakapasok or may konti tlaga sa labas na mararamdaman mo..
hello!! sorry late reply, usually wala ka dapat mararamdaman pag inserted na siya sa vagina. parang normal lang. and normal na nasa loob or labas yung stem, depends kasi kung gano kataas or kababa yung cervix mo at the time of your period. also, pag nafefeel mo yung stem sa labas, pwede mo siyang gupitin konti :)
i want to use menstrual cups pero nakakatakot mga tao sa bahay (like they check what i order online (and they'll probably throw this away once they see what's in the package :'< ) and my mom's so controlling about what i do with my body i-)
This is the only video I've watched about wedding preps that gave tips about choosing your bridesmaids and I couldn't agree more. Hindi lang sila basta abay--they should know what they said yes for. Choosing people for your entourage requires the commitment and relationship of who will truly be there for you in the storms of your life. Afterall hindi nman biro ang marriage.

Feeling ko about sa discharge kasi as far as i know we discharge to like flush the bacteria out so baka naonti yung pumapasok na bacteria kaya onti na lang yung kailangan iflush Edit: i just washed and put it in again and napansin ko lang mas may period cramp ako- kasi to my logic yung brain ko napapansin niya lang yung sticky wet feeling that have with a pad (lalo na that i switch from a cloth pad to mc ) and because wala nang may didivert ng attention ko mas napansin yung cramps ko so wala lang skl AHAHAHHA
