There was a time that I collapsed in school while im on my period because of severe cramps and my period always lasts for about 1 week and 2-3 days. I've read a lot of comments about their experience of using menstrual cup and they say that it helps to lessen the pain and also reduce the days of having menstruation. Hi ms.mai.. 3days na po ako gumagamit ng menstrual cup normal po ba for first time user sobrang tagal ko po mailagay like 20-30mins. Ang dami kong fold na naausubukan pero ang hanggang ngayon hirap pa din. Di naman po aki ganun kalakas mag mens pero nagkaroon pa rin ako ng leak. Sumsakit na po vajayjay ko kakacheck if ok na ano po kaya pwedeng gawin at what really to expect when first time using it??

I'm 18 and i've been eyeing on the menstrual cups but i'm still a student so can't rrally afford a set for me but menstrual pads are really hassle esp when going out or going to school i always leak using pads and it's so embarassing. Hello po. I'm hesitating to make the switch. I'm afraid of the pain po, kasi I tried measuring kung high or low cervix pero di po kaya kasi parang ang foreign nung feeling. How did you go about deciding po talaga? I watched your other video with Doc Aura po pero natatakot po ako eh. Tapos baka sayang lang po if bumili ako. Hello! Was concerned lang when I researched more about Aunt Flo and saw that their cups are made from Silica Gel pala instead of Medical Grade Silicon which they showed in one of their IG stories. Silica gel seems to be harmful in the long run. Are you part of the Menstrual Cup - PH fb group Ate Mai? May mga members who did some research about Aunt Flo and learned about this.
@@mailogrono I recently contacted Put A Cup In It sa instagram DMs nila about Aunt Flo and their use of Silica Gel and I'll be pasting their response dahil hindi ko maattach dito yung screenshots huhu. "I found a similar report for another cup but this is all I can find. I cannot locate any information on the brand listed or the supposed testing company. And while aunt.flo’s post references the US FDA, there is no one registered, that I can find, with this name The companies on their shared reports are inconsistent, and the dates are all random - 2011, 2014, and 2018 The cup might be fine. It resembles a common model on Wish and Alibaba made from Silicone, but I don’t personally gain much insight or comfort from their provided documents. I also dislike that the company has been redacted from the reports to be able to do further research" Aside from that, PACII said na they haven't heard anything about the use of Silica Gel in cups. In the long run, parang mas ok pa rin mag invest sa trusted na brand, especially dahil medyo odd na 2 years lang buhay ng Aunt Flo cups compared sa usual 10 years ng other cups. As much as it is great to be supporting local, we still have to make sure of its health impact lalo na dahil easily available siya to us. 🥰
Hope you could also consider more about the publicity of this video as well for the protection of other women also wanting to try out the cup. It might be a good idea po to add disclaimers mostly because we aren't truly sure of its safety. Let me know din po if there are other infos I missed sa response ng Aunt Flo about this. Thank you for the review, however, since both cup looks similar to viewers, it would've helped mentioning which cup you're describing. Ang daming instances na nakakalito whether you're holding and describing aunt flo or the other cup, kasi sinasabi mo lang "tong cup na to". It would help if you mentioned brand A vs brand B. Sana next time be concise when doing versus reviews.

Hoping manalo sa pa give-away :) sobrang gusto kong ma try ang menstrual cups since kapag nagamit ako ng napkin nakaka experience ako ng mahapding feeling down there tapos mamumula mula. I tried changing my napkin every 4 hours pero kapag may times na malakas regla ko nararamdaman ko pa din yung nakaka-iritang feeling sabayan pa ng sakit ng puson. Mejo pricey lang talaga siya especially now na may pandemic hindi ko talaga afford mag invest pa for mens. cup this time. Thank you so much!

Umaabot ako ng hours sa cr para lang iinsert and till now di pa rin ako nag su-succeed.
