On my last visit with Ariel, I told her that the song "Part of Your World" makes me cry because it's so relatable, with her singing about swimming away from her undersea kingdom to have adventures on the surface and me wanting to escape my adult responsibilities for... well, I'm not sure. Basically, adulting is hard, and that makes me sad.
I love your interactions with the Princesses. I made a photo album of the Princesses on my phone, and I got to show them all the photos I had of them. They were very pleased to see themselves.

Great video! I enjoyed the interesting history and trivia you shared. The Wizard of Oz was my favorite scene on the ride. I wish they had expanded the ride to include riding through the classic movies with animatronics and then riding through Disney movies with videos.
Thank you! The Wizard of Oz animatronics were truly beautiful. I wish they had found a way to update the ride, while still maintaining the best parts of it and the classic films. Alien easily could have been updated to a Star Wars scene.

As someone who grew up in awful conditions, and had to mature much quicker than other children, I never really got the chance to have a true childhood. Disney allows me to embrace the child that lives inside me, who had to be strong for their family, who went days without food, who had no support. I get to choose what makes me happy, a villain will not determine that. Disney taught me that sometimes love , joy, and hope come from unexpected places.
I love this so much. It is very true that reading an old book is a form of time travel. I have collected old vintage books for many years. When I read them I am fascinated with the thought of someone else holding the same book in their hands over 100 years ago. Thanks for sharing.
