我住在 Riverbend, 我於1992年搬進來,房價是214,000加幣。約2350平方英尺。今年,市政府對房屋的評估為587500加幣。房產稅差不多6000加幣。我認為埃德蒙頓的房產非常合理。但住在這裡並不像溫哥華或多倫多那麼繁華。

有EV rough in. 即是可以隨時加差電座。現樓可以租多個車位。未必可以買。

不過cad65萬約hkd380萬買個建築約500呎實用約300呎的1房condo,重要冇獨立廚房,重要樓望樓。真心比香港樓貴!

大部分廚房都是開放式設計,就算是住3000尺獨立屋也是開放式廚房設計。 多謝你的意見。😊

溫哥華的condo 全是室內實用面積,贈送露台。另外呢四間全部包車位。

If you have capital gain under personal , it allow first $250k with 50% capital gain. If wife and husband join, it will have $500k exemption, it have not exempted on corporation and trust account . You need to clarify that . Ppl can confuse it .

Be careful with offshore small developers…. When problems arise, good luck with fixing them even with 2-5-10 warranties.., no good if they don’t exist anymore ..,probably completing with and based on price so quality is subpar

但係如果個租客唔俾錢佢會影響Credit除非個租客一世都諗住唔買屋唔借錢,如果唔係佢都要準時交租,我覺得就好過以前嘅法例租客從來都可以唔俾錢租霸又唔會影響到佢Credit
