Welcome! My name is Ciearra and I love house plants and gardening. I've been doing both for over five years but up until the last few I've been successfully keeping plants alive. This channel has been a few things but I think I've found my "thing" I love plants and home. Plant shopping, gardening, landscaping, care and styling are so interesting to me. I hope you enjoy this channel!
Super relaxing video. I struggle with loading and unloading (mostly unloading) the dehydrator too. But, we can only do the best we can with the energy we have. Tfs.
What a pretty arrangement! And great tips; I never thought about using orchid bark mix, but I'm going to try that. My succs are indoors for winter and outdoors the rest of the time, except for the sedum sarmentosum that lives in the ground year round. I rarely up-pot when I repot, b/c they will stay restricted to the size of the container without it bothering them, but they'll absolutely grow bigger if they have the space. I actually lost a few succs when I started to underwatering, b/c I was so worried about overwatering! And then I lost a few last year to mealy bugs.
Thank you!! I love that succulents can be happy in the same pots for years. It makes them very low maintenance. I know that worry about overwatering! I use to kill so many succulents from over and underwatering haha! Out of all the pest mealies love succ's for some reason
Awesome video! This year is my first time growing succulents and so far so good! Your video was a great help and answered many of the questions I had.. Thanks so much! 😊😊😊
Just got first leaves from a Elephant tuber I planted in May...spontaneous Walmart buy (cuz I was curious what it was). Hopefully it grows mighty like yours!💪
You are so lucky to have found a curry plant. I have not been able to find one the places I go to. I may have to special order one. Curry is so delicious and you can make so many different kinds. I love the smell of spices. When the plants grow fuller the chickens will have another interesting thing to look at. They may even get bugs that are on the plant. 🙂
Lol I lived in a greenhouse type camping setup for a whole year last year now we have herb plants everywhere and two large gardens, and the chickens are preparing a third garden area, they are such great land fertilizers, tillers and weeders. Oh and in my greenhouse I had quail for roommates, they are a lot easier to take care of then chickens and great little bug eaters, fun to watch fly and bounce around too.
If the pods come off the stem when green, will they still dry out to the brown and have seeds? And I am so curious what the little black seed looking things are on the outside of the dried pod
