What a pretty arrangement! And great tips; I never thought about using orchid bark mix, but I'm going to try that. My succs are indoors for winter and outdoors the rest of the time, except for the sedum sarmentosum that lives in the ground year round. I rarely up-pot when I repot, b/c they will stay restricted to the size of the container without it bothering them, but they'll absolutely grow bigger if they have the space. I actually lost a few succs when I started to underwatering, b/c I was so worried about overwatering! And then I lost a few last year to mealy bugs.

Thank you!! I love that succulents can be happy in the same pots for years. It makes them very low maintenance. I know that worry about overwatering! I use to kill so many succulents from over and underwatering haha! Out of all the pest mealies love succ's for some reason
