If the tenant didn't break anything in the room, the deposit will be refunded, but 500 baht room cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. I like the idea the way you did a big list and video of condos / prices etc. To improve I would suggest you could advise on extras per condo e.g. swimming pool or gym and show quick photo of apartment interior / pool / gym (even if that's obtained from internet). Thanks :)

@@PattayaCityNotes I think it was good the amount you showed, even if you displayed a single photo as I mentioned for say 3s each, it wouldn't add much length to video. It was like Grand Theft Auto style - LOL
