We have stayed at the T2 on second road, good value, clean and not too noisy even on the roadside. They have quieter rooms at the back but, no windows! 😮 Good to see you riding like a local after the T2 just going at less than half of their speed! 😅

Have stayed Skandia Beach on Soi 7 three times 13:09. A decent room with balcony was 800 in high season. Big issue for me is lack of a safe exit route if there was a fire. The ground floor is used as a hostel (250 per night). The exit route is walk to the rear of the building, down the stairs into the hostel and exit from the only entrance to the front of the hotel. And other than the balcony, all corridor windows are secured by metal grills.

We always stay at the Tribe Hotel in Soi 11 It's about 700 But I can't fault it... Cheers Big Cee
