Saying "Death blow can't be used for combos" is just.. untrue. The stun and damage from the miss variant is INSANE (50% hp when nearby the user), and you can combo that into strength difference or any of the other ultimate moves.
Strength difference should be higher because if you get rid of the opponent's ragdoll cancel, and you're good at hitting it (pretty simple to hit ragdolled people), they either die or are easy to kill. And if you miss? If you used it earlier during the awakening, then you can use it a SECOND TIME.
brutal beatdown should be way higher SOLELY because you can do death blow during the windup. Not to mention, savage tornado's cooldown is about the same as the duration of brutal beatdown, which means you can do tornado, beatdown, then tornado again almost IMMEDIATELY after landing, which can punish people who ragdoll cancel and even combo back into tornado if they don't. You can also do a devastating blow with strength difference, which will either kill them or get them very low (in that case, punish with tornado).
Blitz shot is really good because when you share it fully it’s 25% + unblockable, also 3 m1 blitz shot goes super hard it’s like 30% damage or smth, if you can you can easily do 3 m1 machine gun blows ignition burst while ragdolled, forward dash because they don’t fly back if hit with it when they are ragdolled, they roll, then do 3 m1 blitz shot and end with an extended jet dive tech
