Hello Austin I would like to thank you for sharing such an incredible amount of helpful information I really appreciate your work, I have been trying to learn what is the best way to bid, and your video was to the answer also I wanted to ask you if there is anyway I can implement that notion page (# Google Ads Bidding Strategies [2024]) into my own workspace to ensure easy access? thank you very much 🤍🤍
U r amazing! I just would recommend u to create playlists for each campaign type, it would be great as i really need it now to arrange my study n thoughts
Just re-watched this after your AMA video.. and this was a good refresher!! definitely overlooked some things on the ad copy template! so thank you once again!
i connect WooCommerce to Merchant center with plugin. for any product created 2 or 3 products with different weight. how i optimize to display product with less weight and less price in Google?
I have a question tho, phrase & Exact match changed, it's not the same as before, so how do you do it to make sure it is not going to the wrong funnel?
Hi, I setup a new Search Campaign with 27.68 per day, what CPA do you recommend ?Google is recommended me to set CPA for 1,68 pounds , that is too low, right? I mention that in my previous campaign I use CPC and maximise Conversion. Thank you so much.
What would be the best approach for handling negative keywords with your setup, if you had up to several campaigns with ads in different languages? For example, if you had campaigns in English running in the US, while others ran in German in Germany, how would you structure and handle your negative keyword lists?
I would just create specific language neg lists. For example, if I had a Universal English negative keyword list then I would also have a Universal German negative keyword list.

Hey Austin loved your content. It's indeed practical and simple like you promised and I look forward to being a regular visitor to your channel going forward. You have a subscriber not only to your channel but also to your community and a default Like to each of the videos I will be watching from now on. Gratitude for the great work you are putting up.
Hey Man Thanks for the great video! Learned a lot from it. Would you mind to share what's the tool that you were using to track your product performance in your case studies?.
But when you add negative key words from your search term report day to day, you can only add it once, as either broad phrase or exact. Do you have to add each keyword in TWICE, both as exact so it's removed from the report, then as the second match type that suits it the most?
If you want to show it as removed from search term report then yes you would have to add it as exact and then also add as phrase or broad for the efficiency.
Greeting from HK! This is really a great video with high quality and clear explanation! In the very beginning, I was using most keyword in broad match, I have encountered a scenario which is not able to spend all my budget after I optimised my keywords, such as changing those existing broad match keyword to phrase match and trimmed down many keywords which have not brought any conversion. (I am using maximizing conversion under smart bidding). It seems the volume from PM can't drive the system to bid the enough conversion for me because of buying signal consideration? Or I have to raise my target CPA if I remove many BM keywords? Do you have any suggestion for me to deal with it? Thank you:)
Check your Search Impression Share metrics. If they are low then you have a bidding issues - basically Google isn't spending because it doesn't know how to hit your goal. So you need to open up your bidding if that is the case.
@@growmyads I tried to increase the daily budget, yet it is still underspending. The campaign is using maximising conversion with tCPA $500, in this case, should I raise my tCPA or switch back to maximise conversion without tCPA? I doubt that if I raise my tCPA then I am going towards the opposite direction of which I wanted to lower my avg CPA to get more conversion at first, that is why I removed keywords with no conversion but consumed my money, and switched some keyword into PM cuz BM brought me too many non-converting traffic.
This was such an insightful video and I've learned so much! Really appreciate it. I wanted to ask about budget and bidding. For the upcoming month, my client is planning on increasing the overall budget and for PMAX, it's about a 40% increase. I was initially thinking of increasing the number of states that I'm currently targeting and also implementing tROAS. Will this be too much for google's machine learning to take at one go? Should I just implement either of it?
It depends what you are currently spending. If you are spending $1k per day on PMax and you are swinging spend up 40% then yes, you might want to isolate some of your tests and not all of them at once. If you are spending $50 per day and increasing 40% then not as much of an issue.
I didn't start ppc, but today whole day i watched a lot of videos in your channel. In my targetted keyword, here low range bid is 0.96 and max bid is 4.94. But in the serp there is no ads. So can I make my manual cpc lower than the low range bid? Will goofle put ads where there is no ads in a perticular ads?
Thanks for this great video and very detailed prompt. Quick question - would you set these themed ads up within the same ad group targeting the same keywords or would you create an ad group per theme and tweak the keywords to hone in on the theme?
Thanks! I'd recommend ad group per theme. We have a video on search campaign builds here that would be helpful as well: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uyXOzCXO5KY.html
Seeing the quality of the video I thought it's a million subscribed channel then I realized only 4k. Deserves a lot more and I subscribed. thanks mate.
Awesome Video! How many campaigns are running on this one account? PMax, Brand and Search only? We are a jewelry company that has been using google ads since 2019. Before Pmax came out, we would have a Search, DSA and Brand campaign - nothing more and we were crushing it. On a typical account for a customer, how many campaigns do you have running for them and what do you recommend? Thank you so much for all the videos, they are right to the point and you explain everything very well. It is the small details that matter and you hit every one. Thank you man.
This account now has around 7 campaigns. Mix of structured PMax campaigns, Search (with DSA running as ad groups), and Brand campaign. Typical amount of campaigns will vary on client but we try and consolidate as much as possible and only segment when necessary.
Since the day i have started seeing your videos, i am laser focused to just your videos. No other channel i have seen till now is doing it like you guys are for google ads.
Hi brother! Can you set up Google Search ads for our business "Forex trading education and Signal Service"? Before I continue, I would like to tell you efforts we've made, we've created more than 8 Google ads account and Google keeps suspending our account majorly for violating the Google ads policy on "complex speculative financial products". Basically, Google is requesting us to provide a license before we can run the search ads on "forex education and signal". Please is there a way you can bypass this policy trigger and set up a search campaign that will not violate the Google ads policy on "complex speculative financial products"? We ain't a forex broker so we can't get a license or certification. Certification or license is only required from Forex brokers.
Hey - your videos are awesoe and I have already subscribed to your "hangout page" for like-minded google ads enthusiast. I want to request that you create a video for conversion setup for e-commerce and lead gem. There are lots of info out there but its confusing. I also heard from one of your video that we shouldn't import Google Analytics Goals into google measurements that it will skew the data Please try to do a comprehensive video for Google Conversion Setup.
It is on the content list of videos to make. This is just a tricky video to make since conversion tracking can be unique each client case depending on their website backend.
Are these strategies still valid today in May 2024 or has there been any changes? I have a small account with 3000 Euro monthly. I am using PM and EM, would still consider using BM keywords?
Still valid. I only use broad when my campaigns are already dialed in and I bake them to start getting additional boost. This is when I am running tROAS or tCPA. Usually don't run broad on any other bid strategy.
