Great video, we are thinking of going to San juan del Sur for a month in may. Can you touch on food costs and transportation costs from the border of CR as well as locally? Thanks
Why are people telling you all these fake stuff you are safe to go and tour Jamaica anytime. It’s like anywhere in the world just be vigilant and trust your guts.
Hey I love your videos, I’m heading to Cartagena In a few weeks!!! Question How did you find the boat tours for the islands?? And what restaurant would you recommend to eat in Cartagena. Not a picky eater at all here haha. :)
@@EmilyUnverferth-pn9nb when I was 14, I hated it too. As I got older, I came to realize how special it was to be from such a tight knit community. There is camaraderie that comes from being from there. Were your brothers in the waterfights this year?🙂

@@LivingUnconventionally that’s cool! We’ll be in Paris in 2 weeks. We’re going with our 1.5 old toddler. I’m anxious about pickpockets, have you guys encountered those?
Hi there! We use the Deuter Fox 30L backpacks, and they are awesome. Our kids are 5 and 6, and they are still growing into these. I expect them to have them for a very long time. Here is the link: www.deuter.com/us-en/shop/backpacks/p612097-children-s-backpack-fox-30
Hello I recently found your channel and subscribed it right away. I saw your video about France tour with kids and I really need your help in planing a trip. We are planning for France trip in Mid September to Early October for 10 days. We wanted to spend 6 days in Paris including a day trip to Versailles. We are just confuse about where to spend rest of the 4 days? Should we stay in Northern France and travel to Normandy or go to south via train and explore Cannes, Antibes and Nice on last 3-4 days. We are living in Ohio. We have 2 kids (3.5 and 6 years). We don’t want to be over ambitious and get kids exhausted rather we wanted to give them life time memories. Thank you so much.
You are going to LOVE France! We were surprised by how much we enjoyed it. Paris has endless things to do. We loved the Seine River boat tour. As far as your final 4 days, I'll say that the French Riviera is nothing short of spectacular. This area is luxurious with excellent dining options, beautiful coastal views, and lots of charming towns to explore. You could even hit the World's 2nd smallest country while in the area-- Monaco! This was our favorite area in France; we preferred our stay in Cannes to Nice, but the whole area is nice. With that being said, Normandy is significantly closer to Paris than Cote D'Azur is. You would be better off flying from Paris -> Nice rather than driving or taking the very long train ride. The flight is quick and easy. Our drive from Paris -> Honfleur, Normandy was about 2-2 1/2 hours so not too bad. Normandy is large and spread out. It's not as convenient to take the train as you might think. I am thankful we had a rental car. The beaches of Normandy and war museums are very interesting, but I'm not sure your kids will enjoy it at their age (at least not your younger one). You'd be better off just playing at the beach, and the beaches in the South of France are much nicer than in Normandy. Also, the stuff to do and see in Normandy is quite spread out; whereas, all the little towns and things to see in the South of France are close together and very accessible by train and bus.
@@LivingUnconventionally I'm glad your family enjoyed its stay in DR. Going out of the resorts not only opens people to new adventures but also helps a lot of local people. i really appreciate you guys!
