At first I thought that "Creeper Oysters" were some kind of implication that Creeper's were some kind of barnacle . . . now I think they are creeper nuts
-animal squishing -lowering chunks to avoid animal dying -cooking two meats on one campfire -making mob traps with 1.5 or 1 block closed by you -using floating logs to lay bricks on -finding 3 block height (From surface) for base
I don´t know if you´re still active, but if you´re reading this I want to say thank you for this series :) a lot of minecraft videos these days are way too overstimulating. I really miss content like this. Hope you are doing well <3
See kids this is what we call "padding" and it's a sign your game has nothing in it so the devs artificially increase the play time to hide how little they made and give the illusion of a good deal. In reality this is a sad excuse for a mod that turns the game into a grind fest. This is not 'hard' this is not 'difficult' true difficulty implies depth this makes the game SHALLOWER as it's the same thing just stretch out like watching a RU-vid video at 0.5x speed you're not getting double the content you're just getting the same content, but slower
The principle of how this works holds true till today, except for the use of stake and string and open nether travel. However, your series is now in a nice place in the Midgame Guide! Congratulations!
When GG said subscribe at around 48:00 the subscribe button highlighted rainbow. XD Won't be long until they implement pop-ups. Btw hey Frost your BTW series is the whole reason i know about the mod :) Also enjoying this base set-up. I'm very new to the mod haven't got to iron pick yet. But getting closer day by day. My focus on food early was miss-placed and i tried to progress tech too much.
Just recently discovered this series and loving it. Efficient the way the wooden platform is cooking the bricks near the entrance but still inside your base while also externally elevated in the air is inspired. So mobs potentially can spawn underneath and even touch the wood on the side, but the housing development content (the bricks cooking) on-top of the wood will feel safe comparatively to bricks not on your wood.
I just found out BTW Mod in 2024 and so far your videos gives the best explanation and so easy to follow. Thank you very much. I will watch the whole playlist!
I don't know if you'd ever read this, but, man, this was such a heartfelt series. I hope you're doing well now. Anyway, we will be here for you whenever you need us
