Hi Holly, I am 50 years old, I had thyroid cancer, and currently menopause, so I am overweight, and I can’t look at myself in the mirror, there are years since I looked, I can’t tolerate my body I can’t, I don’t like my body, I see myself horrible
I caant believe it i only did it for 5 days and i already see a difference between now and then i was sooo insecure about my body now i feel more secure i loveeee u keep the hard work u can do this
I'm 14, I exercise regularly and I'm not overweight or anything, but honestly I felt so self - conscious while working out today .Does any of you have any tips?
You have to focus on that mind/muscle connection. Only think about how your muscle group is working right now. If Olympians can set aside what everyone is thinking and perform in front of the whole world for their country, you can work out. Also, it may just take time for you. At 14 you are going to feel self-conscious about almost everything. You'll realize one day that no one is paying attention because all they are thinking about is themselves. Don't worry, this too shall pass. Keep up your good habits! 😊
Advice to all: Beware of music, beware of posting pictures of women, beware of men wearing bracelets, and do not put pictures of women in your profile pictures. May Allah reward you and guide us to Islam.
Hurrah for another of your fabulous Hourglass workouts Holly! Thanks! Is there an August calendar which I’ve not seen? I’ll go yo your Channel to check on this. ❤❤❤ Just saw that your move is here so forget August calendar for a bit and enjoy the move! I love moves! xxx
I'm not even close to an hour glas figure. My stomach is around 100-110 cm around where the belly bottom is. So how often and for how long do I have to do this exercise until I see a difference in my waist?
I once heard that the abs and the hour glass figure , starts in the kitchen, so since then I focus more on what I eat and then the second priority is exercise, with that, the lines in the abs we’re starting being visible too, even with a bit of belly. Also not drink alcohol helps a lot… but I just can’t quit that 100% lol so I know I won’t get the hour glass figure hehe good luck in your journey ❤
I had this saved in my watch later all this time and I just tried it and lasted 3 minutes. I haven't worked out at all in so long I guess it's a good start for these wimpy arms of mine. I suspect I may have lipedema in my arms as they are disproportionately large even for my current size (like my torso is a solid medium but my arms won't fit unless it's stretchy or I size up to large. My thighs give me similar issues being disproportionately large) and I seem to also feel more burn in the areas I think may have the lipedema fat as it can mess up muscle tissue that it is attaching to. That is all to say I should make this something I come back to until I can at least get through the whole video without breaks.
I'm going to do this workout daily with cardio , hiit ( also stretch thighs and legs after working out) Right thigh : 22.5 inches Left thigh :22 inches Day 1 : ✅ ( my legs were shaking sooo bad) Day 2 : Day 3:
Trying to do this a day! like my comment for remind Before: I don’t have measurements for it but I will see the results with my eyes Day 1 ✅ Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 P.S - I do pilates as well
this video seems sped up to me. And if so I don't know why she would do that. She should just do the exercises at the pace that she wants viewers to do them
I DID THIS FOR A MONTH once a day (-5 days) and LOST 2 CM PER ARM!! Idk if that's a lot but to me that's huge, I went from 28cm to 26cm on both arms :) I didn't change anything else about my lifestyle. This month I'm doing it twice a day and thinking about adding weights! I decided to not document it here, because I keep seeing comments from people who drop it after a few days and I knew that would happen to me too. There are rarely any comments with actual results, so here you go :) THANK YOU
