Great information, became a subscriber at once. We are so fortunate to have the internet. Medical solutions are growing exponentially. I stumbled on information about lymph system, wiki has excellent information and graphics. Imagine getting information at a doctors visit. Lymph nodes run throughout the body, we can never overlook the importance of the lymphatic system. Simple measures like oil massages, castor oil packs, hydrotherapy will help. If legs hurt to the touch….it's that way on the inside too.

Well done Ms Vonda Wright! So proud of you for taking action in setting your health & vitality a priority! You’re an emblem to all!!!! If I may, in a loving way, suggest, given I’m Sports & Science trained fitness coach: 1. Stabilize your scapula while doing pushups, and come up in 1 piece ie avoid arching your back during the pushup (well done though for doing so on your toes rather than from knees🤗). 2. Our core is best trained when not twisted & contorted, those types of movements (you know better than any of us) places great pressure on spinal discs & compresses the spine, better results with a plank or pilates rollup. Shared with love🤍

I am a 68 year old lady and had an early hysterectomy due to endometriosis. I also had rheumatic fever as a child. My left knee had to be operated on in the 80s. I needed to have my knee cap realigned because it subluxed. I fell on a cement floor later and needed a major surgery after walking on hairline fractures of all of the bones in that knee that were not found for 6mos. I now have complex regional pain syndrome type I. Since then I have needed both knees and my hip replaced.

I have days when I superset and sometimes do body weight but sometimes it’s just me getting in and moving and clearing my mind, increasing circulation. I appreciate the science but gosh only 20 % of people workout anyway … this may not encourage them. Those that love pushing load ( I do have heavy 2-3 days ) love the validation of the benefits. Honestly I do my mind and body good to do other workouts for overall fitness, endurance, balance etc … I think it’s better than no workout and some people with some conditions get very inflamed from heavy workouts. Thanks

I did this for 8 years and gained muscle and hardly lost fat definitely did not lose anything on my belly. Over 50 with a hysterectomy . Only thing that worked was alternate day fasting to get rid of insulin resistance.

At 47, I’ve been doing this too & it works. I use Lift with Cee’s 30-40 minute videos from her channel. Takes the guess work out of it & safe, effective & consistent.

Also consider heavy weight bearing exercises (weighted squats, BP, deadlifts all under professional supervision) to build bone density.

I did weight lifting 3-4 times per day for 3 months last summer, I lost more than 10 pounds (5 kg) without much change in my diet, and even after stopping exercise, I didn't gain this weight back for 8 months BUT this came with a huge side effect: severe hot flashes like those of menopause though I was below 40 and had no other features of menopause so I had to stop.😢

It is great taking estradiol until you are diagnosed with estrogen positive breast cancer. The doctors will then make you quit cold turkey and the rebound systems are horrible all the while you are battling breast cancer. The doctors then want you to go on estrogen blockers which then rob your body of any estrogen left. So now what??
