Hi I'm Kuru, 34 Racing Enthusiast from Austria - Vienna (I do speak German) This Channel is all about Racing Games! As well as Speedrunning for World Records on plan-B Esport.
I mostly play the Need For Speed franchise, but also play other racing games like Forza Horizon, DIRT, and Midnight Club to name a few. Missed the stream? Subscribe to catch all the fun and great bits you missed!
Having now played Unbound Unite for the past few days I can honestly say this has been the worst NFS experience I've ever had. Handling is good 70% of the time but those 30% happen when you really don't want it. Burst nitrous is just terrible as it just creates wheel spin and spins you out if you're turning whatsoever and it isn't like you can avoid using it as racing require it to be competitive. Map is actually fantastic, but it suffers from Forza Horizon syndrome of off-road wherever you want. City is perfect and is reminiscent of UG1 and 2. The police. The fucking police! How can it be so incredibly unbalanced, at low heat they're just an annoyance with no bite, but above heat 3 it's harder than a Minecraft RU-vidr in a kindergarten. You can't reliably disable police cars at all so the only way to escape is to outmaneuver them only to have them either spawn in front of you or just cheat and hone in on you like a hellfire missile from several blocks away. I'm just lucky I bought the game at 60% off if not this experience would have been 60 times worse. If you're considering getting this game don't, do yourself a favor and pretend this game doesn't exist because it shouldn't. Thank you for listening to my TED talk
This race is absolute pain, I found myself having to block everyone from passing me because once they get in front of you it´s game over, you´ll never catch them because of the rubberband
Cant even lie this game is awful, the performance, the graphics, the driving. Its horrible. I have a 5800X3D with a 3090 and at ultra settings I struggle to maintain 60ps. Theres no way this game is as shit as it is and performs just as bad.
Old vid but just leaving this here for people thinking about weight loss: vegetables are still carbs, but not all carbs are made equal. Sugar has a very simple chemical structure and is easy for your body to directly convert into energy but it's easy to overconsume and then the excess energy gets stored as fat, more complex carbs like what's in vegetables takes longer to break down and keeps you full longer not to mention all the extra nutrients you get from it. So eat more of those types of carbs and increase your protein intake while being in an overall calorie deficit and you'll lose weight. If you exercise as well, even better. Another thing to watch out for is fat, it's even more energy-dense than carbs and it's in everything.
slightly fun fact: Midnight club L.A remix and Motorstorm arctic edge both Have twist the knife among their soundtracks,And theres also stompbox, which appears on Motorstorm pacific rift too :]
It's been 2 years since GRID Legends has launched and I can confidently say is... GRID Legends is good but it don't surpass GRID 2 and especially GRID 1. Heck even Autosport has some redeeming qualities despite being a lackluster and GRID 2019 is inferior in every single aspect. Also not couting the fact Legends is basically a slighetly improved GRID 2019 with a story mode but still carries many flaws from that game. GRID 1 and 2 both had some really special caring with it's presentation, features, the driving physics and the racing aspect are their strongests despite both being so different. Both are great with their own right. Legends really tries but for me personally it doesn't have the same impact. Since the game flopped so hard with it's timing realease I don't think we'll see a new GRID anytime soon.
I seriously relate to that, games just not having the fun factor anymore. The last racing game i ever clicked with was forza horizon 3. The latest game i could just nerd about 24/7 was cyberpunk and that was years ago.
love the game. friends and i would phone each other to play this - we would jack the suspension and explore teh world off road. seeing who could make the best jumps with out breaking their car... would be nice if the music were quieter in the vid tho - hard to hear you at times. i would play this on manual mode - how i learned to drive. the horn ball was fun and that desert map is where i loved to use hte plane and fly around
I also thought this game was too easy. Being able to beat the game with stock cars isn't probably something the devs intended. So I came up with an idea for a mod that increases the difficulty while allowing the player experience an actual career in street racing in career mode. The mod features are as below: 1) Remove the the speedbreaker 2) Current car is lost if you lose any race against blacklist boss or get busted by cops 3) If busted, the fine for infractions depends on the current heat level, bounty and cost to state accumulated, number of damaged and immobilized cars. This will be a heavy penalty during later stages and it's game over if you do not have the cash to pay the fine 4) For all race events from Blacklist boss 14 onwards except tollbooth trials, player is required to pay cash as entry fee into the race. Challenging blacklist bosses is free 5) Restarting a race will deduct the entry fee once again from your cash reserve. In case of blacklist boss race, restart option is disabled. 6) Tollbooth race bonus times are drastically reduced and offer small cash rewards but do not require any entry fee 7) Speedtraps and Sprints have have lower cash rewards but still better than tollbooth races 8) Drag races have medium cash rewards 9) Circuits and knockouts have highest cash rewards but number of laps on circuit races are always 3. The Cash reward for these races are the highest but the exact amount depends on the total distance driven when finishing the event 10) The percentage difference between race entry fee and cash reward for winning is lowest for blacklist 14 and get progressively increased for each successive blacklist race events although the numbers for both the entry fee as well as the winning reward do get higher 11) Winning blacklist race automatically adds their car to player's garage 12) Remove get out of jail, extra impound strikes, and pinkslip cards 13) Add cards for increasing heat level on current car, decreasing heat level on current car, and extra bounty 14) Increase player garage car capacity to 20 15) Cop probability on all races is minimum for blacklist 15-9 and maximum for 8-1. Cops do not appear in blacklist boss race 16) Traffic should be low for blacklist 15-9 and high for 8-1 including blacklist boss race 17) Performance upgrades availability should be shifted significantly more towards the higher blacklist members. For example, the lowest upgrades such as level 1 suspension and tires should be unlocked after beating blacklist #13. Level 3 Engine and Turbo/Supercharger upgrades should be available only after beating blacklist #2. 18) High level performance upgrades should not be available for lower end cars. Upgrades should be balanced such that the player cannot be able to beat the game with a fully upgraded Lexus IS300 19) Heavily lower the amount of heat level reduction on changing the car's appearance. This method to reduce heat on a car should work only after a cop chase with the new modification. Repeated changing of appearance in the shop should not result in successive reductions of heat levels 20) Remove all cooldown spots 21) At heat level 5 and above, all roadblocks with or without spike strips contain only heavy SUVs 22) Cash rewards for winning races are doubled if manual transmission is used 23) Performance tuning can only be done in the mechanic's workshop and not on the menu screen. This costs cash which increases in proportion to the stock cost of the car to be tuned.
