So do you find the blocks to be good for practicing letter sounds? I noticed that they use anchor for a. That seems counterproductive if you're trying to teach the most common sound of each letter (ie the short vowel).
I have been going through chronic lack of sleep for decades. I am a nanny and I'm constantly constantly constantly constantly on this no sleep track. Your diet are u drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water while breastfeeding are you eating enough fruits and vegetables not so much beef these things will help the babies constipation.

I found out I was a week pregnant when I went to the ER they confirmed it but said threatened miscarriage but I have no insurance since we moved states so I’m currently on a hold
