I have been going through chronic lack of sleep for decades. I am a nanny and I'm constantly constantly constantly constantly on this no sleep track. It almost physically killed me yrs ago when we lived in the USA. I went to see a neurologist. He put me in touch with Neuroscience supplement that come from the usa. I am now back home in Canada and struggling to acquire them. They cannot be purchased like regular supplements but are only available through a physician who carries them. They are life-saving. Oh my goodness! The one I'm taking has definitely been good for me. I really hope you're able to find a good way to get yours!! Lack of sleep is so hard
