Massenomics provides entertaining, humorous, and informative content. Most of our videos focus on weight training, some focus on our poor sense of humor.
I do not know Tanner, looked like you could have done multiple reps of 600. Tommy's bench looked easy as well. Energy was high. Great video and love the Massenomics song!
Unloading the truck: lol he brought a TPB and hundos... wait the log too??? the lighting perfectly hid the log and it just materialized out of the truck, amazing camera work and pre planning
Pondering if it’s medically possible to shorten my humerus, radius and ulna and surgically implant them into Greyson’s arms? Maybe even out our benches slightly
In Europe Smith mashines are the most used in Gyms, for any kind of exercises by most people. When I created my home gym, the 45 degrees leg press and a good smith mashine were the first things I bought, Smith mashines are now integrated in racks no extra space, in bodybuilding, smith mashine is a very important tool. Enjoyed your podcast :)
My gym has a regular Smith machine but also one that allows movement front to back. I haven’t used a Smith machine in a very long time but I’m open to trying them in the future for certain exercises (calf raises sound ideal, maybe JM presses, lunges). Like you all said I think it’s better for beginners to start with barbells and dumbbells, just keeping the weight low. It seems like for intermediate to advanced bodybuilders the Smith machine helps out a lot from a stimulus to fatigue ratio. But I’m not certainly not there yet
There’s a channel called mailman muscle that has a guy that competes for masters powerlifting meets and bodybuilding shows completely on Smith Machines.
