Hating on smith machines was a mass delucion. Cant get much more versitility out of your space with anything else than with a power rack and a smith machine!

These longer form tours of the booths are awesome. Much more detailed and enjoyable then other quick tours made for quick content from other channels. Also noticed that Kaevon seemed super comfortable talking to you guys compared to his videos on the BOS channel.
