I’m not saying the kid should have stabbed anyone or even assaulted anyone, but my guess is that she was not respectful when she shot him down. I don’t really even know the circumstances surrounding this situation, but women need to learn how to be more respectful with their rejections. A guy shooting his shot is a man making himself vulnerable and when a woman rejects a man harshly, it’s like the man is lowering his defenses and showing a female his soft underside, and the female, knowing it is one the man’s weak area, takes that opportunity to stab that man emotionally right in the soft spot. But again, I’m not siding with the boys either.
I hate hearing stories like this because it makes me feel so sad and very angry because it makes me want to do something to help others who look like me and to help them out with their problems.
I hate to admit this but I too, was under the impression that Obama was a good leader and I was stuck in the mindset that he was the nation’s first black president. I didn’t realize it until after I graduated high school. Plus, I would say that he in a way is responsible for the rise of Donald Trump into the political world, because of his role and weak leadership in the 2008/2009 fiscal crisis which left many Americans unemployed and his failure to address his policies to black voters.

@Shawn James, I agree with you regarding the need for more age appropriate/PG-13 comics on the shelves, but in my opinion the comic book industry and shops are suffering for the following reasons: 1. Ever increasing cost of books; 2. The decline in the quality of the books from story/writing to artwork; 3. Too much political & social issues in books 4. Companies taking their customers for granted 5. Publishers, artist & writers insulting the customers on social media platforms, print newspapers/magazines, in interviews & on TV. 6. Annoying comicbook shop owners and/or store managers & staff ignoring customers, closing the shops early, no clear idea of the shop hours, lack of diversity of books in the stores. Just my view on why the comic book industry is in dire straits. While Manga is dominating, the comicbook industry was too busy being insular & maintaining their safe zone, thus keep out Blacks and other talented writers & artists. Its hurt them dearly. Its sad, but at least the indie comic scene is thriving, which is a major glimmer of hope for a rebound.

This is modern day convict leasing all over again- when the Southern states in the years following the Civil War would lease out their inmates to companies for their labor- & it went on into WWII in that part of the country. This is sick indeed, but not surprising as we're seeing corporate greed destroy the moral mindset of these companies- the fact that basically they rather leases convicts from The Big House, or hire migrants than actually property pay folks shows that our society is in free fall. It's also why an increasing number of young men are leaving the work force. We're seeing the raw deal the job market is trying to give us- & saying "no." & the American people is also to blame as many don't care about the welfare of these inmates. Failing to realize that a society is judged not by how much freedom it has but by how it views & treats the least of thee. It's not surprising that as Americans continue to be apathic towards the least of thee, it's continuing to decline.

American Fiction did what it could as a movie. The Black experience will not be told by non-black media or publishers. You know, before Jack Kirby passed he objected to comics being too explicit as far as content goes. Stan Lee felt the same way. John Byrne in an interview said the challenge about CCA was thinking of creative ways to get around it.

There good chunk of reason why the Comics Code needs to return, because it will put these entitled writers and artists in their place and separate PG-13 and R Rated comics to appeal separately.
What these writers today fail to grasp is that when writing or making comics, there should always be a balance between what’s age appropriate and what isn’t.
Shawn, you mentioned in prior videos that you like R Rated comics. To quote the start of certain comic reviews, "this comic is rated R for nudity and violence, just like I like it." So which do you favor more, wholesome or nudity and violence?
While I like my R-Rated comics with nudity and violence, I prefer the PG-13 Comics. And I want standard for superheroes and teen comics so readers of all ages can enjoy them. PG-13 comics are what drive the traffic to the comic shops and sell the merchandise. Without them there is no comic book industry.
Shawn you know I like my cheesecake and violence as much as the next guy but DC and Marvel have gotten way too far with it still with a bit of SJW crap in it. One reason I had to walk away from DC was because of all the gore.
Hopefully, so the husbands can hire a P.I. to spy on their unfaithful wives and collect evidence of their infidelity. Next, hire a decent lawyer to file a divorce through. Never act directly. This way, the wives can't make any accusations of their husbands losing their tempers, or call the police and force the husbands out of the house. Plus, with a collection of rock solid evidence against her, it will be very difficult for her to play the victim and claim that she felt forced to sign a prenup.
