if you can, sites are recessed like a lot of guns are. Or if you already have some kind of paint there. It’s best to find a drillbit or a picked fits that hole and clean it out as best you can without affecting the site. Then blow it out with air and clean it with the degreaser. Then use your paint and fill in the holes or where you wish to paint. Let that dry. Then you can use their clearcoat or Brownell’s sells a special clear coat of mixtures that you can apply. That will make it last much much longer and look much much better prep is 90% of the job.
I am really curious how this held up over the years. The supports dont seem strong enough to prevent bowing over time. I would expect twice the vertical bracing at least with all the outward water pressure.
Well done! Thank you. Same gear is going on my 2018 3.6r dark gray Outback. To include Ironman mid front and heavy rear. I was eyeing this wheel combination. You helped in my confidence in choosing this set. Cheers, JM
@villainmediaproductions5237 thanks for the info 👍 you are indeed correct on the sizing. Did you purchase liner through Amazon? Or was if procured locally to you
Yoo i spent some time look for a good gmconn review that was also recent. I appreciate you big dawg 💯 Was wondering if it actuality mounted decent or not
Maisto is a good starting point as a base car if you do want to get those finer details with an overall lesser cost than the fully sealed GT Spirit. If the dog leg hinges bother you then they can be painted in flat black and by doing so will be far less visible. Thats the trick Hotwheels elite used to hite the dogleg hinges on their models back in the day.
i just got this and man it is so hard starting. the starter baerely turns it over and sometimes it sounds like it isnt even really turning it over at all. when it does it gives it one tiny little turn. it tends to try to start like 5 times and gives up. im actually really dissapointed. also it will flood itself sometimes and when ot starts it runs terrible like its just staying flooded or the choke isnt turning off all the way
this is one of my favorite models I’ve had a couple of these these are a good generator for the money but you wanna go over all your books bolts etc. make sure everything is tight Some of the best oil I found a running them is 10W-30 or 10W-40. Castrol has work the best for me that synthetic blend. I never use all synthetic because I live in Pennsylvania and the humidity is too high things rust out but with a blend or conventional they do not.
Sweet setup. Is that the 3.6? I have a 2018 3.6, only the touring. Yours looks amazing. Hey, what's the biggest tire I can put on the stock 18 wheels? Just curious. I'm about to go buy tires.
I been thinking about this problem with the screen. Could have the screen door screen cut in the shape of the window and a 3/4 perimeter zippered window installed. Basically you`d zipper the screen from top left down to the bottom, across bottom, then up to top right. Sort of a zippered flap. voila access to shade.
i have the mustang shelby gt500 from brand miniauto in 1:32 scale in black colour the paint quality is too bad man when i put the light above it i can see how thin the top coat is i want to repaint that car but im afraid that i will ruin it as i dont know how to paint with spray cans i found everyone is using airbrush for doing so..i cant afford that now..but i really want to paint that car..also im little bothered about the cobra decal painted on it once i repaint it will gone forever the decals also very expensive..
If you see this, are they still going strong? Thinking of getting them for my 05 forester. I mainly daily drive on pavement but occasionally go whip around on some PNW forest roads which can get pretty rough so wanted something a little tougher with more traction. My only concerns with these would be road noise and mpg drop, I think the tires only weigh about 2-3lbs more per tire then stock.
I live in the Pacific Northwest not too far from Mount Rainier I have the Yokohama geolandar on my 99 Subaru Forester they are absolutely amazing they are grumpy and quiet on the road and off-road they grab extremely well
@@NicCageForPresident2024 I actually ended up getting them 2-3 months back and I absolutely love them for an all terrain that is still good for daily driving
Noise depends on load . Closed frame are quieter because they seal up all the openings to block the sound pretty well. But they can still be relatively loud at full load/rpm. If you're going to use for camping, get the quietest generator you can that will do job....you wont regret it.... Neither will your neighbors.. I have a champion 10719 8500/7000 closed frame inverter. 61 db /23 ft at 1/4 load. 70 db at full load. It is not the quietest but for the price I got it for it was a deal. It's used for home backup and it is barely noticeable outside at those levels. In spite of that I would still build something to quiet it little more.
Ya esta aqui el crosstrek con los Yokohama geolandar AT G015 215/60 R17 !!scontent.fsvq1-2.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/318461061_5920540088004168_395515518284771799_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_p160x160&_nc_cat=102&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=5cd70e&_nc_ohc=WD9N6EF_epYAX-Tez7H&_nc_ht=scontent.fsvq1-2.fna&oh=00_AfCjc1QF4qs6Aqm5nEiuzl1J1ftj2lyRDANYyRYw2I--_w&oe=639500B1
