Yes! There’s a video on my channel I made called “Couture Beauty Secrets For Beginners” that should help. If there’s something else specifically that you mean, please lmk 🙏🥰
Great advice!! I looked into the Munbyn inkless thermal printer, I am going to get one for myself for Christmas. All of the dresses and other garments are gorgeous! I always look forward to watching the next video you make. You have such a talent regarding sewing. Keep making videos. Maybe one day you will show all of us you modeling your gorgeous dress for the camera and show your face. Don't be shy. Your hands are so beautiful.with long natural nails you must be as beautiful from head to toe.
Just found your channel and love it! I enjoy sewing vintage patterns and appreciate your patience with the project. I tend to rush too much and will take some inspiration from you and slow down. Thank you for sharing!
Your videos are so good to watch. No annoying music, just the sound of your work! I absolutely love it!!! And good quality sewing tutorial too!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It was soothing watching you create something beautiful with just the sound of the bird chirping🥰 And I must add that your hands are so beautiful. I had no idea that people powdered them! 😮😍
wow!! 🥹❤️🙏 that’s so awesome to hear. i hope you have so much fun prancing around in your beautiful new dress. polkadots are such a classic in any wardrobe (and def on my wish list to use someday haha) 🌸❤️ enjoy! ❤️🌸
This is the first time that I think I can actually make the dress (if I get my hands on the pattern) just from watching a video. Loved your cannel, I am subscribed now.
As a duckling about to venture into corset making, you have inspired me into taking a little interlude into making this dress as a treat to myself. You did a beautiful job while looking fabulous in your pink feather dressing gown and I love the buttons you used, it definitely makes the overall dress look and feel special ❤
As expect another beautifully sewn garment and relaxing video! I am always learning something new whenever I watch you... I never thought to baste my markings that make everything clear and super easy to follow. Nice Job once again Cindy 🥰
thank you so much!! you know what? i really love watching those korean tailoring asmr videos and they baste absolutely everything haha. it’s so helpful! how’s your sewing coming along? are you thinking of doing anything for halloween? 🎃 💕
@@CindyLeaux I think I have seen one on menswear, but I have to rewatch it to catch that ! Alas since I started Uni again and with work, it has defiantly slowed down, I finished a couple of trousers and currently a pair of P.J.s are on my table! Nothing for Halloween, but many other projects on back order lol. Thanks for checking in💖
That is an absolutely beautiful dress. Well done. Sewing a Givenchy... hat and gloves off to you Ms. Cindy. As for spooky season suggestion, have you ever seen the 1962 Carnaval of Souls?... The wardrobe was stunning. There used to be versions of it up on the YT. - Cathy (&, accidently, Steve), Ottawa/Bytown/Pimisi
thank you so much! 🥰❤️ i will check that movie out for spooky ideas. how was your kimono project? i’m also thinking of making something in that family (robe).
@@CindyLeaux Hey Ms. Cindy. The movie is fun (lead actress was an early adaptor of method acting). Hope you enjoy it. I'm progressing with the kimono blouse project (thank you so much for asking after it) - I set a rule where I'm only doing handwork on this one so it's taking a while. But progress is happening. I got the thread marking finished at a workshop night at our local sewing shop. A kimono robe would be perfect for this time of year. Very elegant.
@@CindyLeaux You did model it! I like the purse you picked to go with it. Your buttons give the dress an air of formality. Can't wait to see what you do for Halloween!!!🕸🎃
I like your flat felled seams and I love those button holes! How do you work with those big fluffy sleeves?! As always, beautiful work. Thank you for sharing this with us
You did a fantastic job on the dress and I love the accessories you chose. I admire you in that you’re not afraid to take on a difficult project if it’s the look and style you want. Stay true to yourself. Bravo!
aw thank you so much!! 🥹🩵 i need to go catch up on your lovely sewing channel! are you doing anything for halloween? so excited to see what the sewing community comes up with 🥳🎉
