Therefore, when in the South, you are more likely to encounter men who prefer Black women, particularly those who were born and raised in the South. The Great Migration marked the period when Black Americans started leaving the South in search of better job opportunities and a higher quality of life. As a result, the North and other regions tend to be more diverse, and some men there may be less inclined towards Black women. This is not the case for everyone, but it is a trend that can be observed.
