I think rice should be avoided. maybe if its part of special dish on special occasion. otherwise, no. I feel like this is more fruit based than animal base. But each to his own.
Goodman I went animal based last week and already I can notice a huge difference in my energy level I’m steady all day no peaks and Vallys.. I’m looking leaner in mid section and my ibs has been fixed! I’m so impressed I had gut issues for a few years and I was eating “plant based” and kept convincing myself I was detoxing when in reality my gut was wrecked from seed oils and with the fibre in the plants! Disaster! I feel great now and every meal is mouthwatering
high fat diet with carb (fruits). Isn’t the cocktail for heart attack? I mean people who are on Keto knows that if you do high fat you should do low carbs. And people on low carbs knows they have to do low fat. Because the worst diet is high fat/high carb.
Agreed. I think there is a difference between animal based, where the basis of you diet comes from animal products and you have some fruits and veggies, maybe a low toxic carb like white rice versus a carnivore diet which is strict to just animal products. All in all, either still better than eating a bunch of processed foods with sugar and god knows what in it.
@@Bigmommashouse317because it has every nutrient and helps with other health issues, like non-autoimmune skin conditions, diabetes, heart issues (yes, HomeSteadHow has done it and many others), malnourishment, anorexia, etc.
Coffee beans are seeds. The consumption of coffee is not really an animal based diet. Especially if you are consuming everyday. Consider getting back to your baseline in order to preserve the effectiveness of caffeine if you truly use it to focus.
