I can't stand that they've had the audacity to build this place. In the blurb, it says "at one with nature" 🤔 In my opinion, nature benefitted more before this dump was built. Before it was built, I stayed at the nearby Iberostar Tucan, which building wise is much more in keeping with the forest environment. I used to get up early in the morning and birdwatch the area where you stayed in those newer hotels. Now with the damaged forest and the extra footfall in the area, the breeding Shorebirds will be affected. I truly despise developers, they just don't know when to stop 😩
Hi! Thinking about honeymooning at Hotel Xcaret Arte June 23 - July 2 this year. How was the weather for you guys? That's the only thing we are worried about. It being way too hot to enjoy ourselves. Any info would help :)
how there can be cigarette butts on that beach is beyond me. What kind of classless maggot would put a cigarette butt on a beautiful beach like this. Sorry my absolute pet peeve. It blown my mind. Great review, beautiful place. ty
This resort may be beautiful but it looks boring af and sooo secluded. No ambience or fun at all. Everything looks so far and separated. Zach’s face says everything. A resort without soul. I liked your video though!
What an awesome job showcasing the resort! One of the best videos out there. You can really get an understanding of the layout and what the resort looks like! Thank you.
Hello. We love the hotel. Are all of the restaurants especially including the traditional Mexican one inclusive with our vacation? Or are there other traditional Mexican eating places that are included in the all inclusive vacation?
Thank you for this video! I have a few questions: 1. Looking at booking an all inclusive package. Are there any other costs that aren't included? 2. Is there a kids pool or kids waterpark area?
1. the only additional costs that came up for us were: the coffee from Marley's and the ice-cream from the ice cream parlor. Experiences like massages, the cooking class Casa de Rosa, diving are extra. 2. there is a kids pool at the kid's club but no waterpark (Xcaret is only 10mins away for a really fun day out with the kids) and a teen's club has just opened. Hope that helps!
Cancún is the closest airport - it is an hour away from Playa del Carmen/Playacar (there is a small airport in Playa del Carmen but it is for light aircrafts)
You Rock, Lucy! Awesome walkthrough videos! My fiancée and I are looking for a some hotels in Tulum/Playa del Carmen area for our wedding and this is being very helpful. We're actually in doubt between choosing The Fives and Mahekal for the ceremony and reception. We know they present 2 very different proposals and styles, but any personal comment/suggestion based on your knowledge would be welcome. =)
Not a lot of videos on this property, thank you. I understand it’s pretty new. Is that why it doesn’t look so crowded? Is it distant from other Cancun beaches/points of interest?
Hi this hot dog is the first en playa del Carmen. . i want to know these is the big than the second. thanks!!! and sorry for my english.. I hope some body answer me
Hi Lucy, which Travel agent did you book this hotel through? Is it true that some holiday companies like Tui have contracts for the older rooms? Thank you
Thankyou so much for the video Lucy, very well done. My daughter and l were there in 2020, arriving back as Covid became more obvious. It was a wonderful experience and we are planning to book again next year as we are going to another resprt this year, l love to relive it with the help of your video. Thankyou.
Thank you for this lovely video! Do you remember if there were many children at this resort? We were hoping for an adult only experience. Also, do you know if they offered beach service? Thanks!
Such a nice video thank you! Planning to go here on Monday. Just wondering if there are night shows every night that families can watch? Also Is the smell as bad as some reviews mentioned? Thanks in advance 😊
