My biggest regret is that I shared out position with anyone. It's just a handful of people, with 1 exception the reactions and comments were appalling and disappointing.
(sorry for my bad english, I'm from 🇮🇹) THANK YOU from the depth of my heart. I ugly cried during this video, as I felt to be strongly seen and comprended by someone. It was cathartic for me. I would like to share also my situation because it is not so common and some (fewer) people could relate and feel less alone (as I do feel). Me and my husband are 35 yo and he already has a child who is 10, not wanted (at the time) who obviously is part of our family. Soooo. I already feel a bit more lonely in our TTC journey because I am the only one which cannot be able to be a parent and this is already very struggling for us , it creates a lot of ugly and wrong emotions in me. And people tell us things like "when will you give -name of my husbands child- a sister/brother?" Even writing it makes me want to scream. First of all: do people have children in order to GIVE OTHER PEOPLE A BROTHER? How the fuck the importance is shifted like this from the couple, which is literally who is making the baby and taking all the responsibilities about it? And second: how the fuck do you think that I could appreciate that even me making a child is going to be all about my husband's son? People are completely inable to understand how challenging our situation could be? And don't come for me: I literally left my job and moved away from all my family and friends, I had completely ripped my whole life apart only to let my husband live near his son. The only thing that I ask is to at least have a little credit for that, and I receive only questions like that, instead. I don't know if I can avoid snapping back next time, in fact, I probably want to reply making them feel as bad as possibile about themselves
At least my mother in law is such a good woman in general, and very sensitive about this topic, because she suffered from long years of infertility herself before having my husband . Incredibly, the unsensitive ones are some of his friends which are only 30 yo, with one child and and other one coming, and this makes me always want to avoid seeing them (EVERY TIME they ask us when will we have a son) in order not to have to try to answer politely while I would like to punch them in the face 😂
So proud of you.I had the same problem with recurrent miscarriages all in 1st trimester.I insisted the clinic to do genetic testing for me and my husband.It came out that I have balanced translocation.I did 3 cycles IVF to get my daughter. May God bless you with miracle baby soon.
As someone who has gone through this difficult journey I truly believe that using first response / early detection PT is a mistake. It means that you are more likely to pick up chemical pregnancies. The standard tests will pick up 25+ hcg. If levels get to this point, there is a greater chance of viability.

People should adopt because they feel called to do so. These children aren’t some consolation prize. They need parents emotionally and physically prepared and capable of caring for a potential child with complex trauma.
I had a cornual ectopic pregnancy, and it ruptured. I didn’t even know I was pregnant, and the damage was so severe the doctors couldn’t tell how far along. I almost died and needed a blood transfusion.

41:58 This part made me all teary-eyed. I’ve had two miscarriages in the past two years, both ending before six weeks. I have struggled with infertility since my last miscarriage. Now, I just had surgery five days ago for an ectopic pregnancy and had to remove my left tube. I found out I was pregnant at three weeks. My doctor has been doing bloodwork every two days. My hCG was more than doubling; it started at 18 and went up to 13,000. I had no pain but did start spotting dark red. So, my doctor wanted an early scan at five weeks, three days. We saw a good-sized yolk sac in my left tube. “Mother’s Guilt” is big in my heart right now. And to hear family members say, “Why did you allow them to remove your tube? They could just clean it out. That's what they did to me.” And when I ask if they had an ectopic pregnancy, they respond with “No, it was a cyst” or something else. It makes me so upset because I wanted this pregnancy, and of course, I didn't want my tube removed, but I had no other choice in my case.
