Storage auction life is not like what they show you on Storage Wars television, but everyday is an adventure nevertheless. Come along with us as we go on the hunt for treasure. You never know what we are going to find! Proceed with caution, for you might find yourself going a little Locker Nuts too.
I don't think you should have any remorse. These guys are taking a huge gamble. What if they pay $10k or $15k and get the one locker that disappoints? They could wind up doing a lot of work and still losing $thousands.
I had a neighborhood friend whose dad got him into collecting comics back in the early 60's. I still remember he had filing cabinets in his bedroom from his fathers business full of comics. He had #1 Superman's to you name it! Almost all mint condition back then. I can't imagine what his collection would be worth today if he still has it!
I’m like the majority of people in the comments. I’m not into comics, but found the video really interesting. Of course I watched to the end. Take care Jack, and love to your family. Charlotte xx🇬🇧
Jack, Love your videos and you must have an angel watching over you! Please get someone to help you when you go out to the lockers. We live in dangerous times and evil is all around us. Be safe my prayers are with you 😇
Jack your title was technically true but come on! You don’t need the TITLE we are watching anyway because we like to watch. I have noticed the same thing a few times lately. It’s disappointing!
A quick hello from Paris! It's always fascinating for me who knows nothing about it to see the prices of some "comics"! And even more some old video games! But I'm really happy for you that this purchase is a sort of "Home run"!
Except for the coverless issues, all of those ASM and Spidey issues are very desirable. Spidey issues have been going up due to low print runs and the fact that they were geared towards younger kids and they were read to tatters.
I think the matt finish covers on the German ones were very common in the 80s. I've got quite a few from that time period that I bought on vacations to Germany as a child, and they are all like that. Glossy finish was there, but more on Omnibus-like editions, paperback size, and in black and white.
had a collection of 8000 comics myself, liked them, but had to sell them and paid to shift house and other things we needed to pay. so much fun collecting.
The Old Science books, the files and work with the "rocks" give to your local Science Professor and the local University. Since it is Nuclear material it could be radioactive, and the university would know what to do with it.
I made it this far!!! 🤣😂 I do enjoy the excitement of watching what you find, no matter what it is! Trains, comics, jewelry, etc, etc!! It's always a fun watch!!
Love the video, but it reminds me the great collection I had. My Mother threw it all away when I went to college so she'd have a sewing room. Had bunches from the 60's and 70's including a complete Silver Surfer collection. I had collected since is was 5 years old in 1959.
