Thank you so much for uploading your talk Sir. A few doubts Sir, should a person with naturally black hair put henna to keep the colour and does it prevent greying? If one is consistently using a henna product without any undesirable side effects, it can be continued right? And how long it will take for the contact dermatitis to develop?

Hi doctor I would be very happy if you answer I have been using tropical minoxidil for 9 months. As I used it, my hair became thicker. However, I switched to oral minoxidil about 6 months ago and I have been experiencing intense hair loss for 6 months. Most of them are small and thin hairs. I stopped oral minoxidil. And switched to topical minoxidil. It's still falling out. What can I do?

Tranexamic acid has been used mainly for melasma and other conditions mentioned in the video. It’s probably worth trying in other conditions like mentioned in your question. Tinted sunscreens are also very important to prevent further worsening of the pigmentation. I love curd +/- tea tree oil on acne prone skin (for maintaining a smooth skin). Sorry if I just asked something utterly foolish!

I think this is very interesting. Like UK, sublingual minoxidil is not available in Norway. However, I have testet to put an oral minoxidil under the tongue and it disolved quite easy. Probably far as easy as sublingual, but it was ok. So my question is, could this work out to put the oral minoxidil under the tongue?
