Mine was leaking at the piston and running down the side. Maybe yours is doing the same. I had one warranty replacement, but it eventually happened again. I finally took one apart and added an o ring gasket to the leaking original gasket. So far, this has worked for me. This video is how to do the fix. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iHQ81hdn04A.htmlfeature=shared
Cool! Cool! 👏👏👏.👏. Congratulations on the video. It turned out very good. Congratulations. Tell me something! Approximately how many milliliters of coffee were you able to extract? The quantity seems much larger to me and also much more interesting, compared to other videos I've seen on the Internet.
I use Cafflano Kompresso... Idk Wich is better... But RU-vidrs says that Cafflano Kompresso is better than Wacaccoo PicoPresso Did You try Cafflano Kompresso ?
I’m was thinking to explore new portable espresso machine, because after 2 years plus the picopresso quite frequently have the water leaking issue. Do share your POV of your pulling shot 😉
Thank you so much for sharing. That was the best shot from piccopresso I’ve ever seen. I will definitely get the Hugh basket and attempt to emulate your magnificent shot.
What are those tiny water jets as you are pressing around 4:58 to 5:17? Is it actually the hot water leaking out due to pressure or is that still coffee?
I think I'd rather have an extra ims 51mm basket prepped in advance to pull 2 consecutive shots. Compared to the video, it's only adding unscrewing the bottom and replacing the basket. Unit otherwise is ready to go and kettle water still ok.
@@kvygeek It has a warranty i believe, I'm working with support it just takes 1-2 days for them to just respond. Hopefully i just accidently ended up with a dud.
Your video is very nice. I have a question: How many ml was the last Double Espresso you made and what was its temperature? What was the difference between the first espresso you made and the second espresso you made? Was there a difference in the basket? This is the first time I have seen so much output in a manual espresso machine. and also does it come with the large 51 ml basket you showed when purchasing this machine?
Hi! Does Kingrinder officially recommends a specific torque (Nm) and speed (RPM) for the drill when we use the drill to grind coffee beans with the Kingrinder K4? Thanks for the vid!
Like your picopresso vids and the experiments … was initially researching on the Flair Pro 2 but decided to start with a smaller device… waiting for my Picopresso to be delivered along with IMS basket & Nomcore puck screeen Next accessories I will likely get are the Wacaco pressure gauge & stand & also a nicer WDT & Tamper 😅 Will try to make Kopi-0 espresso
I usually do 18g of coffee for 72g of water, and 20g for 80g of water. Just wasn’t sure if it was different for the HUGH basket. I’m definitely gonna get one! Thanks!
I’m using Hugh filter basket u may this video for more info of the basket ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--snE8oLk8fI.htmlsi=LKNukwpZ9oR4_X06
clearly i should have read though the comments first, but the original tamper will not fit on this basket. i also have the normcore tamper that is 51.5mm that fits the original basket perfectly but will not go into the hugh. you will need to buy a regular 51mm tamper. the hugh basket itself does screw in nicely into my picopresso where the la pavoni basket did not - it made a screeching noise and did not hold pressure, leaking out the sides. while waiting for a 51mm tamper, i used a puck screen and finger-tamped the puck down - didn't produce optimal pressure but seems like there is no leaking at least.
Some of the generic 4-cup baskets on amazon do fit. Can someone be good enough to paste an amazon link to a 4-cup basket they confirm fits? Appreciate it!
Hello dear friend! Thank you for your videos and reviews, they are wonderful and informative! I bought a picopresso, and I wanted to clarify something with you. Should the base of the bottom of the basket be flat or is it slightly convex? In my set, the bottom of the basket is slightly convex, and when it is installed on the table, it may wobble a little, is this normal or is it a design defect?
@@kvygeek Thank you, dear friend, you have calmed me down!)) do you think this somehow affects the performance and pumping pressure? Have you tried using other picopresso baskets? I was looking for such a basket as you have in the video , but I could not find it anywhere on sale, can you tell me where I can buy it?
@@user-zu4cq2zd9b yup, I tried the Hugh basket as in this video, this 51mm Hugh basket got a slight bigger capacity to hold more powder and at the same time it can hold the puck screens together to make a perfect espresso extraction
