There is nothing quite like the classic scratch and sound of Vinyl. This Channel is a place to get that authentic vinyl feel, and discover records you may have never heard of before, or heard in quite some time.
I want to add a different way of listening to music on RU-vid. Welcome to the , Vinyl Gnome.
My late father played this album in his amusement arcade everyday allday for years , you could always tell who had just been in there as they us to sing these songs. Thanks for the memories.
STILL. A 44 year old man cleaning his house to this. I used to color entire coloring books to this album when I was a child. 8-track tape playing over and over again. Simpler times.
Viral gnome: thank you for posting this album onto RU-vid. My mother was 98 years old and I played it for her over and over. She loved listening to Harry Lauder in her final days we had had this album years ago and I’m sure it’s tucked away someplace but to have it so easily accessible so nice for us to listen to. She loved all the songs on this album, especially I just got off the chain and there’s a Weehouse monks, the Heather. thanks again for sharing this album with us
great album ... used to listen to it on my dads stereo when i was a teenager ... the music is fabulous and the honest appreciation of nature very evident...
Bought this my senior year of high school and played it into my 30s, 'til the needle wore through. (Or I lost my turntable.) Thanks for the upload! The phonograph ambience makes it awesome.
Brings back memories of Christmas past, as a child. Mom would play this album and Andy Williams. Smells of backing, coming from the kitchen, while we decorate the tree. It was, indeed, the most wonderful time of year.
