those who are paid above regular minimum wage should not be given part in tip pools unless nobody is paid below non tipped workers wage

percentages are dumb; sharing is fine only if all workers are receiving take home income of 20-30$ per hr or more after taxes and tip outs are deducted

Tip pooling is BS because it punishes the hardworking employees and rewards the lazy employees.

Southeastern Freight Lines (SEFL) doesn't have an Employee Handbook. They're a "Christian" company and have been in business for several decades, amassing milliona of dollars in revenue and profit, and yet does not have one. I wonder why? 🤔

So if they are counting hospitalizations, are they forthcoming in giving the accurate numbers that it is mostly those who have taken the shot that are being hospitalized? So then wouldn’t the conclusion be to not continue such a vigorous endeavor in requiring these shots? We will never “vaccinate” ourselves out of these viruses. That is IMPOSSIBLE!

These are kind of obvious answers. Can you bring beer to work, no. So why would you think having an aromatic dime bag would be acceptable? ... I'd like to know if I can get fired for testing positive for marijuana. My rationale is like alcohol, as long as I'm not high at work theres no worries. Common Drug tests dont even prove one is high at work and doesnt necessarily say when they last smoked. Mouth swabs makes sense, but anything that's looking for metabolites that remains in the system for months is well discrimination? Who are you to say the employee isnt recovering from a weed addiction? Wouldnt that be protected under the ADA? I guess since WA is a right to work state it really doesnt matter. If not getting fired for weed it'd be something else if I'm not careful.

they are worried about that, but not worried that young adults will much more easily be able to get it and use it, while their brain is still forming, great eh, and then your timing can be off for a couple days, and everyone and their dog can get a prescription and they don't need to renew it over and over, so it turns a whole generation into being under the influence much than every thought and they will do the jobs of the world, meanwhile, if you use it on a regular basis, you will lose your edge and your drive, and that is how that stuff works, but gosh, what about Steven Jobs, I won't answer that, it was called dope for a reason

What if my employer requires a pay cut of 50 cents per hour in return for me to accrue 10 days of pto per year. Does this meet the minimum required by law? I make 18.25 per hour this program is an added annual value of 460 dollars but if I take the free state sick leave program it's an added value of 730 dollars. This program seems to fall short in my opinion do you have any insights
