Why 4.6 L ? That's for petrol engines. Yours is a diesel. So its further down on the paper that you've shown. It should be 4.4 L . 4.6 that you were looking at , is for petrol engines.
I just finished this job thanks to this video. I think I made a mistake though. I put the 2 strut nuts and bolts that attach to the knuckle the opposite way compared to the direction shown in this video. I'm I okay leaving it? Or should I fix it?
the large pipe is the filler the medium pipe is to let air out the tank as you fill, the smaller is the tank vapour vent ,done a few of these , the vent pipe needs to be saved as the e bay replacements are just the main 2 ,top vid btw👌
thanks for watching..the vvti solenoid in the video is not really dirty, the video is only a demonstration on how to clean it. yes it is interchangeable..
If the wipers work there isn't a separate fuse so usually just the pump which is behind the mudguard. On full lock managed to get at the pumps without removing wheel by unfastening mudguard.Just noticed that on my old 2003 Yaris version there is one for the front and one for the rear next to each other. Took about 15 mins to fit and £10 for a pump.😁
great video. I have an 09 yaris 1.33 vvti. I'm getting p0136 sensor Circuit Bank 1, sensor 2. is that the same sensor you are working on or is mouted on the exhaust? Thanks
How do you know what engine oil to use? Google says that Toyota recommends 5w30, it also says that it recommends 0w20 but when I check at the store all 5w30 comes up with information that it's not for my vehicle. I drive Toyota Yaris Mk2 1.33 Petrol - it's 14 year old car.
@@jlsetnuper that's a shame others don't implement a procedure like that for the electronic handbrake ,that was very helpful doing rear pads today on a Toyota
You should've cleaned the dirty sensor and retested it so you would know if it's the dirt that caused the issue or the sensor itself is not working properly
I don't understand what the point of the leak test is. It reduces the airflow where the MAF is - but the MAF has already responded (or not responded on the broken one) to changes in the airflow. What is this extra test adding? Thanks for the video.
