Excavation, forestry mulching, farming and a few will it starts is what we do on this channel. I have a small farm and I own and operate my own small excavation and mulching business. I do mess with some repair and building vids as well. Come along, LIKE and SUBSCRIBE so you can enjoy the ride with us. Thanks for watching and God Bless!!
Yep. Not to mention it gets very hot and tractors spend a lot of time accumulating dry grass and seed etc while you’re using it. It’s important to keep them cleaned out but not much you can do when it decides to regen while you’re in the middle of a job.
Hello. Could you help me financially expand my agriculture-related project? With this money, I would purchase the equipment necessary for harvesting livestock feed and cultivating the land. If you want to help me. In the description of the channel, the mail is indicated. Write there. Thank you.
I don’t envy you in this heat!!! There is always something that goes wrong when starting to work in the hay field! I hauled hay behind some guys cutting for 2 years all summer before going in the Army. Then with my father-in-law for 30 years until he had them use a round baler. Good Times 🥵😁
Man, you dredged up some good and bad memories. I used to hate getting up hay when I was a kid. We only had square bales and had to pick them up by hand. I would have rather been doing something fun instead of that. Now, I look back to that time and wish I could do it again. My Dad is gone now, and I would love to be out there with him again. Thanks for sharing the video. Check ya later!
Leave a comment. Do you have any hay experiences? What would you do differently? Feel free to just say hi or ask a question!! Thanks for watching and Gor Bless!!
I know this isn’t about T-posts but I had a chain fall through the floor of my 15FT shredder yesterday. It only took an unknown amount off the end. No damage occurred to the shredder that I know of.
I just started watching your video, im a big ford tractor guy but usually with a knocking like that it can mean coolant in the oil, it thins the oil and knocks almost like a broken rod sound or a bad fuel injector knock.
I posted up a short a while back showing chunks of what I believe to be aluminum in the oil. When we finally get a chance to tear into this monster we are going to a find some fun stuff I believe! Thanks for watching and thanks for the comments God Bless!
Yeah I take that off now. I used to leave it on but it makes it really tough. Way too much work with the strap on there. Thanks for watching and thanks for the comment!
Awesome Beautiful old equipment I picked for trimmers and mowers out the trash everything runs beautiful just needed some new parts spark plus carburetors some needed good maintenance but everything runs good
The only time I ever had to drain a tank, it was easier slide the bed back than it was to drop the tank. It might be possible to take the rubber hose off the inlet of the tank and snake your little pump hose down into the tank???
That part about the defrosters, when the controls inside fail, like a vacuum leak, they always default to the "defrost" position for the same safety reasons.
Awesome! Thanks for the info! Been trying to get back to ya all day but internet has been down around here. I’m guessing the tornados had something to do with it
Soon you will be like Diesel Creek and working on everything. He started small on youtube and now buys and builds more things than most people can dream of. Keep a positive attitude and keep the good content coming and good things will come. Looking forward to the next video.
@@poorfarm-nn6ii A few years ago the neighbor was using a similar setup. He went through a lot of poison oak. I t got into his blood stream and almost killed him.
Dang man, that looked like a pain in the butt getting that log out of the drum. I've never used one of those, but I have run over a whole roll of woven wire fencing with my bush hog. That was frustrating. I never leave home without a prybar, wire cutters, and a hammer. You made good progress on that yard though. Thanks for sharing brother. ✔️ ya later!
Boy I bet that fencing was a joy to remove! This wasn’t too bad of a job. Worst part was feeling nauseous all day. I have sucked up a few things that called for the grinder to remove. Back seat out of an old car or a mattress. Hard to tell once it’s a bunch of springs wrapped around the head. You can pick up so much stuff in the blink of an eye. Thanks for always watching and commenting!
Great I definitely would use a stick welder with 7024 in flat position. Preheat and post insulation cooling. That Will stop any of the cracking. It’s not like this will fail, but I do it the way I been taught and learned by experience and guaranteed to be 100% success. Good luck. You certainly take excellent care of what you have there. Keep a watch out for that cracking and falling off
I will keep an eye on it. I appreciate the comment. I did a job this weekend and I’ll be having a look to see how it faired against the ground. Always a lot to do around here. Can’t let things get away. Thanks for watching!!
I feel like I've seen this before, lol! Great job! I do a few things a little different though, I use a short chain tied to the push bar and hold high so I can ease the head over. I take the shoes off so I can move them around when welding. Also I extend my patches up on the curved parts of the shoes by welding the ends then heating with a torch using big c clamps and a hammer to match the curve. So there is no ridge to catch mulch. Not being critical at all just saying how I do it! I need to make a new chain curtain, the last one I made is already worn out. The chain links broke where they were welded by the factory. Any ideas?
If your head is similar to mine there is block on each side of the head. Pins run all the way across the head. From what I’ve seen you pull those long pins out and all the chain fall off. Replace new ones one at a time as you inch the long pin/rod back across. I’ve yet to do this to mine but it’s getting real close.
Great video and awesome use of stuff just hanging around the farm. With the $2 thousand you saved what are you going to buy for your wife? 😁 But seriously, looking forward to more of this content from your channel.
Not sure what I’ll buy her. Just realized it was Mother’s Day yesterday lol. She’s a good’n so I’ll have to spend it wisely. Thanks so much for watching and greatly appreciate your comment!
Thanks I’m glad to have it done. Got a kind of different mulching job coming up tomorrow and I’m gonna need it ready to go! Sure appreciate you watching my vids and I enjoy the comments!
