A newcomer to yoishimitsu a character i always wanted to play but, was unsure how to. I was previously a hwoarang main at Tekken King main for 6 years. I wanted a fresh start an dived into yoshimitsu where i wish i started from the beginning.
the goal with this channel is to learn while teaching others. Its a long journey learning yoshimitsu with ups and downs but, none the less a fun experience.

@@ALPHA-SOLIDUS I’ll simply say if this is the type of “conversation” you have to provide to the yoshi community then do your thing. If your the alpha solidus of Tekken that I know I’d expect better conversation as that Alpha is a long standing yoshi player. In the future I won’t engage in these type of “conversations” as this isn’t my purpose. Yoshi players are expressive and that expression will have you seeing many different customs. Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill. Also, I am a non conformist and do not see myself as a part of a community to be held to a blanket set of standards or modes of thought. I see myself as an individual outside of the community who at times can interact with it. I don't feel the same way about tekken anymore, don't quite hold the weight it used to which is way I'd rather look at a vid rather than spend an egregious amount of time playing it like I used too. Don't have anything against you but try to see the bigger picture in regards to recurring patterns and a mind outside of a videogame.

If the opponent sees you end the combo in b2,1 KIN, I don't think there's any option you have that beats them just tech rolling. The guard break set up only works when you whiff a raw KIN 2. It's cool tech but you need a way to enforce them staying down off the same combo ender.
So you still have some options with this reset combo. When you see that your opponent just is determined to keep tech rolling you can approach them in KIN stance from there you have F2 for frames, or 2 for launch if they duck. I mention these because they work well vs any rank. It’s all about conditioning your opponent. For the pick up yeah understand that all get up options beat this reset. So for it to work they’d have to just stay grounded. This is why KIN 2,1+2 HOLD is good because it makes the opponent want to stay grounded ( ofcourse other options you come up with as well).
Furthermore you can create a 50/50 here. If you find that your opponent just won’t stay grounded when you do this combo you can simply stay in KIN an approach your opponent. At that point you can do KIN 2 for launch, KIN F2 for frames etc. list goes on it just depends on you as a yoshi being creative and conditioning your opponent. I thought about picking up another character but, I still have a long ways to go in getting better with Yoshimitsu. I’m currently a loyalist he’s all I’ve used. There’s still a lot of unknown tactics/ setups / combo routes I wanna learn. An ofcourse share with the community of yoshi players. I know that’s a niche space to be in and I may not accumulate a ton of views or subs but, I truly love yoshi and this community. I appreciate your support, stay blessed ❤️

@@The1n0nly10K I works on whoever you condition to stay down on the ground and there’s options even if they do tech roll out to cover you. As it says in the video “this loses to all get up options”. It’s still very useful resets aren’t meant to be repeated there a skill used when your opponent isn’t tech rolling or is conditioned to stay down. Hence why I showed KIN 2,1+2. I have a highlight video coming out later today to show some situations that covered the tech roll. Believe me when I say this reset can come in handy!
@@The1n0nly10K Well that depends if they tech in some cases the opponent if quick enough can get your side/back if you don’t recover in time. This is why conditionings your opponent is key. If their determined to tech then… well I’ll just wait until the vid comes out so you can see lol
Nice pickup trick. Learned it real quick and started using it online. Good for at least 1 or 2 resets before your opponent figures it out, unless they are clueless.
