Living in Rochester Minnesota I got Lyme disease around 1983 +/- a year. I was 16 in 1983. It wasn’t diagnosed until 2013 when I was 46. People in my family kept telling me stop faking it, or pull your head out of your behind.

Same here. Got Covid sometime in December and have been sick all of January and now February. Nausea, stomach pain, no appetite at all. Did you get body pain from Covid? I have all over pain right now that is so severe it is all I can think about. Very very tired very day.
@LiziBloom
@LiziBloom Год назад
I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this! The kind of pain you're describing I only experienced when I was feverish for a few days in the beginning. Since then I'm back to my normal amount of body pain which is mild enough that I'm not focused on it all day. I truly hope you're able to find some relief soon <3

And you said ""I am just so done with struggling through life, I just wanna get to a place where I am able to take care of myself." I don't know either. In my head I sometimes think, if I was cut off I might have no other choice to make it or die.

I know what You mean.. I ’ve come to the conclusion that our spectrum of all things is much wider/ bigger/ longer then those without lyme🙄.. anxiety can come just a little but instead longer or extremly wild but short instead or longer.. same with all of Your body and mind.. Can totally relate to all of what You mentioned here.. all is so, so typical lyme.. is my thought.. body and mind and all go far behind the usual/ naturally limits.. 🥺💚. Same with getting tired and such.. This is a true b*tch to get.. hang in there.. it’s a long extremly tough journey.. that nobody without this can understand😏. Stay safe//take care// much Love// LindaEE 💚

I feel ya with the ending! I wanted to know more about (SPOILERS) the river spirit and what happened to all the souls it captured including the antagonist’s and his daughter’s. The novel just ends with Ruby’s spirit appearing before Alicia and I’m like ????????? okay????? I’m just hungry for more LORE!!

Hey, have you checked for POTS/dysautonomia? It causes dizziness, racing heart, shakiness etc because your body needs to use adrenaline to try to regulate your blood pressure when you’re standing which can lead to what feels like anxiety but it’s physical. You can check with an inexpensive pulse oximeter (available to buy online) and if your pulse rate jumps 20-30 beats per minute after standing it’s likely you have it. Obviously hope you don’t but if it were an answer to some of those symptoms then maybe this could be a helpful health puzzle piece!
@LiziBloom
@LiziBloom 2 года назад
I appreciate the comment and info! I was checked for POTS at my last pcp appointment and my pulse rate only jumped 10 bpm. But I definitely fit all the other criteria lol. I might still bring it up to the cardiologist whenever I get in to see them.

Have you addressed microbiome health? That can be the root cause of anxiety a lot of the time, especially if you're waking up with it, as our lymph system stagnates when we sleep. 90% of us in industrialized countries have some degree of microbiome destruction, and when our microbiome is destroyed, toxin-producing destructive microbiomes can grow in its place, and the toxins they produce destroy neurotransmitters, making it harder for brain cells to communicate, which leads to anxiety, depression and all kinds of issues. Since 90% of us have some degree of it, if you haven't looked into it yet, I think it should always be one of the first things to consider. I hope you feel better! You are such a beautiful being and I have always enjoyed your videos.

Thank you! This feels super helpful because I haven't consciously been putting any thought into this and I'm not even taking a probiotic like I used to. This is something I will definitely look more into now and also bring up with my doctor when I see her in a few weeks. I appreciate you!

I see Dr. Judy Hinojosa at Vitality Wellness Clinic in Chandler and I haven't asked her about the vaccine, so I'm not sure! I do plan on getting the vaccine because I feel like I'm at a pretty solid place in my health. A few years back I definitely wouldn't have felt comfortable getting it.

I’ve been following your videos on and off for years - found you through Lyme - I can’t believe how long ago now. I’m also into Astrology and tarot, I’d actually like to be an Astrologer but just haven’t had the health to do it consistently but never say never. The funny thing is I found a similar glass jar of tumbled stones from my family and it turned out that my grandfather used to fossick for gems and worked doing lapidary as a hobby and the tumbled rocks came from him and I wonder if your grandma was into that stuff - is there gem fossicking in Arizona? I feel like there could be. Or maybe she had a friend who was into it who gave them to her? Anyway, I decided to comment because it was such a funny life sync and the stones I found looked very similar (some with those pendant attachments too to thread for a necklace) and even the old glass jar was very similar and I was just as excited to find them! I also relate a lot to your journey and being sick at a similar age and how your life changes so much as a result and getting more into spirituality etc I’m using the jar now as a mini watering vessel for a succulent I keep in my room - I love how it looks/the aesthetic of the old glassware.

oh my gosh how cool! my grandma used to be a beautician and her clients were always giving her stuff so maybe that’s where it came from. i never would have thought about it without your comment. i appreciate your comment and i hope you get to do all the tarot and astrology you want some day!

For some reason I didn’t get the notification you replied so just came back to check in case ...I’m gonna blame mercury retrograde! I feel like those client facing jobs where you get to know people and chat like when you’re a beautician can be so important in peoples’ lives...like a sort of friendly counsellor! That’s so nice that people gave her all kinds of things like that. Yep working on my astrology, it’s a never ending rabbit hole which is part of why I love it.

Enjoyed your review. I recently watched a couple of booktubers' recommended lists in which they gushed about books they loved as mid-teens (at most they were in their early twenties when they shot their vids). Should I trust recommendations from someone who is so very different from myself? Found your review via a somewhat convoluted path. Started with ShaelinWrites (an authortuber whom I've been following for years), and in her notes she referred to another authortuber Liselle Sambury, who is new to me. I clicked on Liselle's "about" link where she said she will be a 2021 debut author. Her novel is about a family of witches and will be published by Simon Pulse. So I Googled Simon Pulse and found Shea Ernshaw's next book ("Wicked Deep"), and that lead me to this book. Not a big YA reader. Will I enjoy this or does it only appeal to 16-year-old girls? So back at RU-vid I searched "Shea Ernshaw" and chose your video because like me, you're not a 16-year-old girl. This book is now on my Amazon wish list. And yeah, killer cover design.

Just finished reading the book. I really enjoyed it overall but I definitely agree with your thoughts on the end. Like I definitely could've done with an additional chapter of resolution. And I actually used the same words while talking with someone that I wanted justice and was a little bothered that I didn't get it. But again, overall I really enjoyed the read. Also great review video!

This is my favourite book! You did such a good job explaining it and I agreed with everything you said. I’d like to see what you thought about the twists from both books, maybe you can make another video for the people who read it and say your preference on the twists. Id love to hear more about this book from you, it was so entertaining! Thank you!
