She's not dancing full out. It might be her 4th or 5th or 6th? hour of dancing for that day and she's probably going to dance full out later in a real gathering. What's important is that she shares her knowledge, and she did a great job at it. The choreography feels great on the body, she's perfectly on the music and obviously made the student happy. That's what matters. Maybe she wasn't told she would be on youtube either or she might have been more in performance mode. Ditto for the drummers, it's a class, not a performance.
