Yes, it's money. People give money to the drummers and dancers when they're pleased with their performance. For many of the artists this is how they make a living. :-)
I am amazed about this, the black community in Peru came from 🇬🇳 and now I understand why my Afro peruvian music is the way it is, i am in tears. This is so beautiful to watch.
