Since 2006, they've have spent 15 years (in between other adventures) filming and documenting aerial poison drops across New Zealand. Govt agencies spread the deadly pesticide 1080 poison (Compound 1080) over New Zealand's forests and streams to kill deer, possums, pigs and rats, but many native species are also killed.
These days, focus has gone back to outdoor adventures, like Aussie gold hunting.

I'm moving to North Queensland, lol, nice work, watched a few of your vids now. Do you know of any areas up that way where you think someone might have a shot without a 4wd? I bought a GPZ7000 and I'm going to have to find a few nuggies to pay for a 4wd.

That 1080 is so evil at the destruction it causes and i believe you are correct about the poison flesh the eagle consumed, possibly dead by now. Those who chose to use this poison, are pests to mother earth themselves. If the goal of 1080 is to get rid of pests , then perhaps ...
Hi mate, first of all I'd like to say i love your channel. I grew up in New Zealand and spent majority of my childhood out in nature. Geology fascinates me and i have worked in seismic geological surveying both in NZ and Australia so i understand inner processes of mineral deposition. One day a want to test my knowledge and try fossicking for gold. Have you used geological data and resources before to aid in your fossicking?
