If you use wireless mics and get a better editor, your channel would blow up because you got the rest and some. Even a directional mic would help a ton from the camera if you don't wanna wear lavs. Just my humble opinion as I think you deserve a ton of subs.
all in all a nice video! I would find it nice, when the information about starting after a year or longer for a beginner and for which repetition that is to be more convenient at the start of the video. I am always up to start training while watching, maybe others do as well and it would be very bad if someone gets hurt, and then find out after 15 min that they should do it differently
Very interesting topic and very well explained. Thanks a lot. One question though: When doing push ups i feel a bit too much pressure on the shoulders if i put my ellbows to narrow next to my upper body like Alex showed it. For me it's more gentle if i go with my ellbows more outside of my upper body, so that my upper arm builds a say 45° angle. Does that make sense to you and would you recommend that?
Dave MacLeod would die watching this preparation. I wouldn't get nutrition info from people that are not professionals, Megos is doing this for political reasons(that I respect) but is not the optimal way for sport performance.
Very nice episode! Thanks for sharing your thoughts/joy/jokes/life, you two are making an amazing duo!!
Hi Alex, olive oil is the best, try to avoide seed oils. Fruit oils are better.(Avocado, olive, cocounut, palm) As long as they mecanical removed. About the thempe is best to buy it frozen because it still has the white mould(With live yeasts)
I would say it’s the opposite of a miserable diet. Would putting 1k in the bank every month make you miserable? Eating green and lean compared to just for satiation is only miserable in the very short term. Staying lean for competitions, that’s another story… But eating lots of vegetables does allow you to fill up without too many calories. Staying lean on caloric junk would be way more miserable. Trust me, our cravings adapt once a new way of eating becomes the old way of eating. The miserable diet is the once that slowly kills you. Misery is missing out on lives best adventures just because of endless satiation
Congratulation! This is my opinon, however when you improve your bouldering, then you should get medal. I know, that it is easier said than done, because three weeks left to Olympic comps and you are one of the best lead climbers in the world. Anyway finger crossed again :)!
Hi, you can give a look to and try "filtered butter" aka ghee for fat. You can also buy a pro probe to check the temp° when using olive oil. Also I like to use different seeds like sesame (grilled) which adds a lot of taste or chia seeds because the tarahumaras swear by it, I put some everywhere,
Concerning the climate here in Paris, I think you're good :D ! The weather has been less than optimal these past 6 months and this July, it hardly gets to 25°C with a lot of wind !
Yeah you are the first to seek out new trends - Party Boat Boulders will be a thing in competition boulders of 2025. Not sure if they will have such a feature on the Paris wall this year..
