Just a quick Visual of all you guys makes it easy to see why you're some of the best climbers! Very lean but solid muscle with low BF%...not a square inch is wasted! The perfect body type to scale up the side of a rock! Add that, Alex, to all your talent and experience and you should do well in Bern! Good Luck!
