Man, flying Coast Guard C-130s in Hawaii for 5 years sounds like such an awesome job. Rewarding flying mixed with excellent views no doubt. They also have stations in Florida, Norcal, and other neat places too. I plan on going to Navy flight school via OCS, but the USCG is definitely my backup option.
Petitioner's challenge to the Airspace Rule in the Veterans Affairs Adjudication Procedures Manual was barred by the six-year limit in 28 U.S.C.S. § 2401(a) because the rule had been in full force and effect since 1993. Regardless, in the recently enacted Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act of 2022, in which Congress broadened the Thailand Rules, Congress explicitly included airspace service in the toxic exposure presumption for certain designated locations, but not Vietnam, under 136 Stat. at 1778; [2]-Petitioner had associational standing to challenge the Blue Water Navy Rule in the Procedures Manual, as petitioner filed affidavits of two of its members, stating uncertainty as to whether their claims were covered by the current rule; however, if changes were warranted, the legislative process was the proper forum. Absolutely spot on with the lack of awareness about this field. I'm a private pilot with an instrument rating coming back to aviation after 10 years and had no clue this was a career option. I'm currently enrolled in ground school and hope to see a dispatch position open at Fedex as that is my dream company to work for. Thanks so much for this (and the other video)! Btw...what an amazing career path she's had thus far!
what if i have a foreign passport and US work authorization but do not have a permanent resident card yet, do i still posses some chances of getting into MAC ?
Can I apply, miss those yearly aircraft quals in the cockpit jumpseat and simulator? Have over 30 years Dispatch Domestic and International experience for a Major Airline and Aircraft Manufacture. Need a part time retirement job.
