Absolutely spot on with the lack of awareness about this field. I'm a private pilot with an instrument rating coming back to aviation after 10 years and had no clue this was a career option. I'm currently enrolled in ground school and hope to see a dispatch position open at Fedex as that is my dream company to work for. Thanks so much for this (and the other video)! Btw...what an amazing career path she's had thus far!
