What I do in my neighborhood is wait 30 second for the kids to move then i enter my driveway. Seems like you have PLENTY of spare time since I see you sit and record so why be bothered at waiting for them to move when you need to get in or out. Do you see how this makes no sense.

Judgements aside - Mr. Bell remembers very little detail of anything that he deems detrimental to him, but a *great deal* of information/history that he feels will bolster his claims against Mr. Lin without incriminating himself. Example: When asked if more people would have viewed "The Video" if he hadn't taken it down, he has no idea....can't speculate as to future website traffic. When asked how he came up with an estimated loss of anticipated ticket sales, he knows how to make an informed estimate using historical and contextual data. That's not how general memory works.
When will people learn, social media is not your friend. One should never record themselves on a recording device even if it is supposed to be a private video because, these days, nothing we do is private anymore.
