I wouldn’t put foil in the air fryer but you could use parchment paper. It’s not really necessary to have liners but clean up is easier. Also- check your air fryer manual. My Cosori toaster oven style said no foil. Hope that helps!
I was doing mine wrong and cut my hands. But m having trouble with my fingers healing from it. I have cuts all in my skin. I only see videos of how to handle safely not what you can do if you have an accident
Hi there! I’ve used this same recipe for the past 8 years and checked my client support group. It’s still the same. 1 leaner, 2 greens, 2 condiments and 1 healthy fat
Ok I was just wondering because you mentioned it was a full lean & green and I’m making them this week. What else did you eat with it to make it a full lean & green meal? I wish they would add suggestions to their L&G recipes so our clients don’t miss out on one of their greens.
@@coachescornerwithmissytann9054 I can see where the confusion since I said complete lean and green. I will make sure to add that info in future videos so clients know to add one more green or whatever the case might be. I did add 1/2 cup cucumbers and ate them on the side for my 3rd green.
