Crunch Chicken Crust Pizza Recipe | Easy & Best Pizza Ever!

Welcome to my channel! My name is Debbie Cuevas and I'm a Certified Health Coach. I love helping others with their health goals! One of the ways I do this is to share healthy recipes with all of you. Crunchy Chicken Pizza Crusts
Ingredients:
- 7 oz cooked and shredded chicken (I used the 12 ounce canned chicken from Costco and squeezed the liquid out which netted 7 oz. You really want this as dry as possible. I put in the preheated oven for 5 minutes on a baking sheet to get it extra dry)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Mix together chicken, egg, and parmesan cheese in bowl. Spread thin layer on sprayed parchment paper forming 2 crusts. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 min. Top with veges and 1/3 cup cheese on each crust and broil until cheese begins to brown.
Makes 2 servings.
Each serving:
1 lean
1 condiment
**this is for the crusts and cheese topping only. Whatever amount of veges you put on make sure to count that towards your 3 greens
Easy tomato sauce
1 14.5 oz can no salt added diced tomatoes or 1.5 cups fresh chopped tomatoes (seeds skin removed)
1 T chopped fresh basil
1 T finely chopped leek (white parts)
1/2 t minced garlic
1 t olive oil
If using fresh tomatoes chop to desired size. If using canned tomatoes drain juice. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use, or use immediately. Put it in a blender and blend on high about 10 seconds.
Entire batch is 3 greens 2 condiments 1Healthy Fat so proportion out appropriately for your servings.

It’s very good! The cheese is a low fat shredded mozzarella and it’s 1/3 cup per pizza. I will research and put the nutritional value in the description. I will let you know when it’s there. Thank you so much for watching!
