Because liking things is more fun than not liking things.
Sometimes the critics are wrong. Some movies, while full of plot holes, continuity errors, and bad acting have plenty of wins! Every week I’ll do a movie you love, that maybe the world hates. Did you go into a movie with your mind made up? Maybe there's more greatness in it than you thought! And some movies are just so good they deserve the winning treatment.
The internet is full of so much hate and negativity, ultimately I hope my videos will brighten your day!
I use a similar format as CinemaSins specifically to be their opposite. This is just my spin on films that I think don't get the respect they deserve or are so good they need to be celebrated. Or more often, stupid crap that made me laugh and want to watch it again.

This movie always makes me cry. These are what we need in comic book movies need. Hard hitting stories that are moving. The Andrew part just kill me. He is top teir actor and just gives life.
Dear CinemaWins, Please please please include closed captions for the movie clips also. Your voice is clear and well articulated, but the movie characters mumble, whisper, have background noise, etc. and the auto captions make a hash of it. It's quite frustrating. Thank you in advance!
I'm so sad you didn't mention (SPOILERS) the moment in the escape tunnel with Nova and Maurice where she asks if she's an ape. Not only does it mirror in Rise when Caesar asks Will if he's an ape or a human, but the poignant moment where Maurice tells her she's Nova (implying that she doesn't need to view herself through the lens of her species, but rather as an individual! I'm biased due to my love of Maurice, but this moment solidified my favoritism of this one in the trilogy (even if Dawn had a more engaging "themes" and the character of Koba).
Also, Rust was beyond drunk when Maggie threw herself at him. He didn't even really know what happened until it was over. She took advantage of him to fuck over Marty.
In light of Rooster Teeth's shut down, can we get an EGA for either of the Laser Team films, Blood Fest, or Red vs. Blue: Restoration (I figure asking for one about either the other RvB seasons or RWBY would be a bit too much.)
the only thing i have with this movie is when the drop some stuff in the water its gone with mad max you can get it later but here your gun falls in gone no way of getting it back and for some reason this makes me angry
Talking about Peter not getting to get through Gwen's death in a trilogy is so good knowing about NWH, they gave Garfield's Spider Man the redepemtion he deserved
apparently the iconic window drawing scene wasn't in the original script, it was added after someone else came on board, and now it's THE iconic symbol for the franchise
At 12 minutes you mentioned the "speed ramping and missing frames" that is the #1 thing I can not stand about this film's editing. It looks awful every time, the cheapest and most noticeable way to show that the actors can't actually move as quickly as you'd prefer, and that vehicles can't a tually accelerate as quickly as you'd like. Drives me nuts. The only reason I'm watching this video is to be convinced that I am the one who's wrong about Fury Road being not nearly as good as people say it is, but alas, I feel validated lol
I disagree with you on one point: that the bugs are in some way "just as bad" as the humans. The bugs really only display behaviors akin to that of real eusocial insects like ants, bees and wasps. They aren't evil because they aren't moral creatures, they act on instinct, regardless of good or bad. Animal behaviors can be dangerous, but they can also be understood and worked around, rather than simply exterminated because their way of life is inconvenient to humanity
Cannot understand how anyone hypes Fury Road and looks forward to Furiosa. This upcoming film looks incredibly stupid. Mad Max and Road Warrior are futuristic reality. This Fury/Osa woman power crap is pure idiotic fantasy. Let me guess, someone is going to sniper, one armed, without a spotter a mile away to be "expert".......oh, reality bummer alert.
For me, BattleTruck feels more like the same universe as Mad Max1-2, than Beyond ThunderDome dose, and BattleTruck io a lot less Hollyweird as well..."we don't need another hero" lol PASS I only like MM1 and MM 2, plus a few of those 80s want-a- Be's, and I find Fury Road too gritless, too CGI and too woke. And even thou, I am an old school Meathead, the band on wheels thing in FR was toooo goofy and fake! Gonna pass on that new parasite RW movie coming out this summer, might watch Striker and Neon City instead. I still have not seen "No Blade of Grass" I must add, Beyond ThunderDome is a mess of a story, and its connection with the Road Warrior seemed pale., the train thing was weak and obvious.
Nicely done. I went to see this 3 times, and have watched it several times since. A hero is a hero, troubles between people and cultures are universal. We ARE one tribe.
I adore the fact that humans are the more animalistic in all the movies and I was never biased towards humans I was always with the apes and the thing is there is humans like that in the world who can’t just have peace
no, Dre was talking to Rose on the phone. She lured him into the suburbs and sent his location to Jeremy who then snatched Dre for the transplantation. Perhaps Rose was cheating on Chris with Dre, hence why she was on the phone instead of there with him
The "Goober" Gremlin was officially named Daffy cause Joe Dante based him off of Daffy Duck, hence why he had an orange & black fur color as a Mogwai along with his hyperactive nature definitely being based on how much of a screwball Daffy Duck was in his early cartoons.
I’m a firm believer that the visuals and sound are one of the biggest draws for Star Wars movies. Looking back lucasfilm has always had some of the best visuals in their two major IPs especially given what they had available at the time
