Thanks coach implementing these drills with my 10u in prep for an All-Star tournament today. I run a 4-4 that leans towards 4-2-5. Do you think LB should do these same drills as well?

I'm a big fan of Feed the Cats, Cal Dietz, and a ton of other folks and concepts referenced by Coach Dixon in this presentation. This was one of the better introductions to these concepts I've watched, especially for football coaches (and I'd suggest other sports like lacrosse etc). Great job Coach Dixon!
