Do u have any tips on how to get one arm the same strength as the other? My right arm is a bit stronger then my left bc I been scooping ice cream as a job for 2 years so my right is a bit stronger then my left bc my right is my dominant hand aka the scooping arm

Another gym noob about to start with a new membership with my mom lol. I always just went for 30 mins of boredom on an elliptical and gave up of the BOREDOM. I’m going to the gym for the first time soon and it’s extremely intimidating… I actually took a fitness class in college with the hopes of being taught HOW to confidently use the machines and my professor was barely there and left us with “log what exercise you do” and that was kinda it. It was extremely demotivating and intimidating to be in a class full of a lot of men who a lot of took the class to fit exercise into their busy college schedule like myself, but who knew HOW to use the machines and just how much to push themselves. Thank you for repping women in the gym and for providing so many of us the confidence and encouragement to do the hardest part of going to the gym- STARTING. ❤❤

I’m new at the gym so this video is very useful. Thank you for the effort you’ve put into making this for us 😊. I do the exact same exercises on leg day. Will those help grow my glutes in the long run or do I need to incorporate different exercises?

as a former swimmer +20kgs and after 10 years break, i went to gym back and i realized i forgot everything! thank god i found this video. at first i said “it’s too easy” but when i started your routine i discovered that this is for beginners and it’s perfect. for me, the most important thing is consistency and if you start the week with your full energy, you’ll leave at the first week. but you start from the beginning, you’ll have the energy and motivation next day too. so im in! thank you much. i will update my journey through your videos’ comments section.

How much does the actual bar weigh on this? I know the bar on the squat rack is 45lbs, which is currently too heavy for me. Would the smith machine be less? If not, would it be easier and/or safer than the squat rack?
