I was expecting to learn how to FIND a font that I have used before, but now it is unable to be found. Changing a file to a vector file is altogether something else. But thanks anyway.
"Linked artwork that interacts with transparency cannot be flattened. Embed the artwork (using the Links panel) before flattening." ~Edit~ Okay this one stumped me for a minute, but after some digging it finally made sense. If anyone else out there runs into this error trying to flatten a transparent .eps with missing fonts do this: 1. Creat a new .ai file 2. PLACE your .eps file and make your artboard is the same size as the placed file. 3. Make a new solid rectangle of any color that fills up the whole artboard and send it to the back. 4. Save as a .pdf with compatibility set to Acrobat 4 5. Create ANOTHER new .ai file 6. Drag or place the .pdf that you just made into the new .ai 7. Object > Flatten Transparency (✅ Convert all Text to Outlines) BAM! now it works.
I love your video bro! I've been doing screen-printing for a while now and I always wanted to learn to create a proper mock up. It was very informative, you explained thoroughly yet kept it concise and to the point! Excellent work, thank you!
I did try it, but I have a fint line edge around the T shirt, which make it unreal. Could you please let me know how to fix it. two many masks layers? Thanks! Kind regards Alice
This is the way I do this too. Of course the fonts are outlined so they’re not editable anymore, but at least you have the original text in the font. However, I found this trick works great with .AI and .PDF files, but for some reason it doesn’t work with .EPS. 🤔
this was exactly what I was looking for. I know this is an old video but do you have a tutorial on how to put a place holder on the t-shirt to just put the design in? I don't know if that make sense. 😅
Hello, does the back of this mockup exist? It is my favorite mockup with which I would like to design t-shirts, but I want to know if there is also the back part to add designs on the back :)!!!
This is extremely nit-picky but quite literally the only difference is that in the reference photo the product was close to the edge. It made that cute little shadow draping over the edge of the surface. Other than that you were SPOT on!
@@HaasHouse Thank you! I’m so glad I found you, there aren’t many product photographers on YT and you’re as good as they come ❤️ can’t wait to see more from you!
Key light was at 1/4 power (ad400) and I don’t remember the fill or rim. Don’t focus on my power settings too much. They’ll be different than yours unless you’re using the same exact lights, modifiers and placements. Focus on getting it to “look” right like the video. You could use a light meter to get proper light measurements but I find it works just fine by taking a few test shots and making sure my histogram isn’t over exposed
Hi,it was very interesting and helpful. I have one more question- What is this cart thats appears in your video where you imac stands on. Where can i get this on and what is the name of a brand. And also please more of this stuff (videos) like this Thanks a lot
Lol.....he's actually holding himself and taking it at a comfortably slow pace. Although if you're a rookie you'll need to watch beginner tutorials to understand the shortcuts
perfect! exactly what I needed. I now have a psd file saved which I can make my own mockups on with a transparent background. I was looking for this so I can showcase my products next to each other, overlapping, all I need to do is add a stroke outline and I'm sorted. Thank you
i can't end to give thanks. It’s really easy way to realistic shadow on t shirt. I can't find this type shortcut easy tricks more than other RU-vidrs.A Branch of Million thanks dear
